Elizabeth , so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?
I feel like my optimism is structured from my faith as a Christian. My life verse is Psalm 46:10, “Be still and know that I am God.” To me, this means to remember that He is sovereign and is in control of everything so, why be nervous about anything? Be happy, be optimistic, because God has it all in His hands and it will work out in His will.

My name is Liz Miller and I’m from the beautiful state of Virginia! I’m the owner of Southern barBelle, which is my personal brand all about western fashion, the country lifestyle and healthy living. My country roots run deep to when I was growing up around my grandfather’s farmland in southern VA. The southern lifestyle followed me throughout my life and now I showcase it through my fashion and outdoor adventures – my two favorites being country concerts and hunting! I incorporate these passions on Instagram through posts and stories as a content creator in hopes to help other women love what they wear, be who they are and explore the country lifestyle!
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I’m not sure if they’re considered skills or qualities but the three things I think are most important when starting out as a content creator are to be yourself, create original, engaging content and interact with your audience! People want to be either educated with your content or be able to relate to it so be YOU and interact back with your audience so they know it’s not just one sided!
