Meet Elizabeth Regal

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Elizabeth Regal a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Elizabeth , thank you so much for joining us today. There are so many topics we could discuss, but perhaps one of the most relevant is empathy because it’s at the core of great leadership and so we’d love to hear about how you developed your empathy?
I love the palette of questions asked in this article. They are not of the typical or mundane in any way. Empathy is simply a genetic predisposition as anything about us. Some are pre-wired for lower empathy and compassion, while others are highly in tuned. Virtually anyone can exercise this quality, as genetics are just a guide but not an absolute. I always had a deeply emotional and creative side growing up in an artistic home.

I am a practicing remote viewer, clairaudient, and a bit of psychometry for 2 decades now. Most will say what the hell is all of that?! It’s basically a plethora of extrasensory skills and abilities very few open up to and practice. I trained under the renowned Lori Williams and a few drop-in lectures with Lyn Buchanan. I have worked on a number of professional cases and practice my craft 5 days a week just like acting and singing. I learned to be closely in tuned with my emotions to be highly psychic. Noticing the ambience in a room, the facial expression and body language of others, someone’s vocal tone, and having lucid prophetic dreams since childhood has greatly contributed to my inherent gift. As physicist / remote viewer Russell Targ would say, remote viewer is a very natural human ability. We have lost this innate quality of intuition and empathy through the unfortunate trade-off for technology.

Being in touch with our emotions is a must in discerning a character’s emotional color and array when taking on a character in an acting project. I go into every scene or project with intuition and emotion. I feel my way through my craft and life for that matter. It has never steered me wrong about something or someone. Women seem to touch into this gift more easily, as the information processing in women’s brains are quicker and more detailed to in communicating with each according to recent scientific reports.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I’ve went through quite a personal and professional transition the past 2 years. I am in the midst of deep self-discovery through a wide array of spiritual experiences from going down a cleansing inner journey of letting go of past trauma, old beliefs, reinventing my values, developing a vision / mission for my life. What was ideal for me in my 20s is by far opposing to what I seek today. It is quite the cliche most entertainers in their youth especially are obsessed with fame, ambition, money, and all those idolatries that lead to a dead end and disappointment. When I finally decided to live a life of service and go to the four quarters of the earth to change the state of the world that when endless opportunities opened up that I was blinded to in my early youth.

I used to rally in the paranormal/sci-fi/thriller genres and I have 2 short films that have distribution with Paraflixx TV. Natalie Jones, the CEO is a brilliant women that launched this company and is also a highly gifted writer. She picked up both my films “Seductive Shadows” and “The Offer.” I definitely enjoyed this genres in delving into the edgy & unknown. My company is taking a bit of a turn into a more controversial approach.

I am a truth teller and investigator of many injustices and conspiracies being revealed on our planet. This is a desperate time of change where if one does not take the initiative to be active in their community to create a new system to improve our planet we will soon be at a point of no return. Pope Francis recently pleaded to the media about this very truth we are facing as many systems and old way of doing things is collapsing. We are entering a new age, a new cycle in society.

As a film director, writer, and actress my sole intention is to create and take on projects that merged with the intention to educate, inform, inspire, and empower humanity. The Matrix trilogies was actually a documentary with layers of hidden messing and truths as most films are that the masse are completely unaware of. Films as that and other documentary type projects is where I will start to brand myself to the next level. I’m in the midst of working with a team, a talent/literary agent for acting and writing, a theatrical agent, and new publicist. Things are really moving. I have not had so many doors open in the 23 years I have resided in Los Angeles. Being in the industry for decades I never realized how many wonderful relationships and connections I have built and nurtured. That is always vitally important to be mindful to nurture and build honest connections.

I am currently working on a writing project, possibly a novel by recommendation of a top literary agent contact of mine and also a powerful full-length feature with many layers to this controversial subject. I have a production company Envision Motion Pictures, as we are creating an entire new website with my team. The word Envision thoroughly called out to me as it airs a bit of an intuitive or foresight to it that meshes well with my intuitive brand. We “Envision” a future where anything is possible and the impossible no longer exists.. It’s time to be seen, heard, and assist humanity in a tough new transition.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
You know I could rant about this forever. I have learned so much in 23 years and grappled at many trial and error mistakes that it have me a sense of character and substance having endured my challenges and hard earned hardships. For one, I cannot stress enough about the spiritual principle of Humility. One may be the next best thing in the town they grew up in, but in Los Angeles the next best thing is plentiful and replaceable until you make a name for yourself. Being new to Los Angeles, one has to truly check their ego and live a life of humility. With humility there is a sense of clarity in a situation that is not based on a means to an end, but from a more humble service angle. When industry professional see humility you are golden in their eyes and easier to work with.

Secondly, patience is key! I have seen hundreds and thousands of hopefuls looking for overnight fame only to be highly disappointed. I feel many great potential artists give up too soon. Its is said 70% of artists fail in the first 3 years and leave. It important to put the time, year, and money into this. Being an artist is an entrepreneurial pursuit. No one person built an empire or band overnight. It takes decades. Some seemingly make that overnight breakthrough, but many are often disillusioned as to what really goes on behind the scenes of this industry.

It is also vital to have a high paying skill already under your belt or you will starve for years out here. With the rise of the internet, it is endless from owning your own business like I did, NFT’s, social media channels, cryptocurrency, coding, artificial intelligence, e-books as to what one can do to support yourself so you do not have to wait tables to do ride share jobs. Both are wonderful side hustles, but they do not pay as much as an actual highly profitable skill as the others I mentioned. You cannot plan a career on luck on some breakthrough that may or may not happen. Be realistic about your finances and goals. This journey is a life-long pursuit.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I’ve had a solid small circle of close friends and team partners for decades I go to over and over through the years. Out of hundreds and thousands of people In have brushed elbows with for a season I am in gratitude for the solid team I have today I built over the years. However, I am always open to meeting new people and potential collaborators. I love people that are open-minded truth tellers / warriors for justice that are in the know as to what is going on, on our planet. I am bit controversial in my views as I’ve rubbed elbow with many individuals that study unusual topics. I tend to truth tellers like Russell Brand, Dr. Jordan Peterson, Dolores Cannon, Jordan Maxwell, and a number of others that study the universe from a completely different perspective. I tend ton those that are unafraid to stake a stand and be seen and heard for the greater good of humanity.

I love James Cameron’s films and the type of persona in that he tackles many different subjects and tells the truth of the matter in an effective and highly intellectual manner. He was the Executive Producer on a film called “The Lost Tomb of Jesus.” It challenges the mainstream narrative on the existence and evidence of Jesus Christ. The Talpiot Tomb and ten Ossuaries were recovered, This is a genre and type of direction I wish to go and collaborate with people in the industry that have an investigative open-mind. Its a whirlwind of a journey to come, but the truth in many areas is destined to be revealed. It’s time to life the veil.
