Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Elizabeth Walker. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Elizabeth, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
I’m not sure that I have great self-esteem!
This is something that I am working on partially in counseling and partially with a business coach on a monthly basis!

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
As an independent podcast, I am interested highly in the people that come to my show.
The show is titled that dear business coach podcast-
Perhaps I should have called it “what do you do at work all day?” All joking aside I do like to ask people detailed questions about how they master their goals each day.
The show is essentially an interview talk show where I get to ask guest experts about sometimes personal experience and often thought process behind their teachings or findings.
Asking someone to share insight into their process, can reveal some very connecting moments.
Look for me on a New York City comedy club this fall! TBA

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
I’m new in the podcasting industry, and I come from a background in sales and liberal arts.
I find myself going back to classwork from college courses to think about what some of my early project goals were!
So if you are young and New on your career path, I would say “you never know when you’ll be able to work on your dream project – it’ll show up somewhere somehow!”

Thanks so much for sharing all these insights with us today. Before we go, is there a book that’s played in important role in your development?
I certainly have to share “the power of now” by Eckert Tolle
