We recently connected with Ellisha Griffith and have shared our conversation below.
Ellisha, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
For me, finding my purpose wasn’t a straight path it was born out of struggles, setbacks, and the constant search for something deeper than just survival. I’ve been through seasons where fear, doubt, and uncertainty seemed louder than possibility. But every challenge carried a lesson that shaped me into who I am today.
Writing became my safe space. It started as a way to release pain and process life, but over time I realized it was also a way to create. Every page I wrote helped me see that my story could encourage others to find their own voice. That’s when it clicked my purpose wasn’t just about me; it was about helping others unlock the words, visions, and businesses within them.
That’s how Inspired Pages Consulting was born. I founded it to guide aspiring writers, creatives, and entrepreneurs who feel stuck, overlooked, or unsure of where to start. I know what it feels like to have a dream inside of you but no clear path forward. Now, I use my journey, my faith, and the tools I’ve built to help others move from idea to reality whether that means finishing a book, starting a business, or simply having the courage to take the first step.
And while I am helping others, I’m still in transition myself still growing, still learning, and still walking out my own next chapter. That’s what makes this work so powerful: I’m not just speaking from a place of theory, but from lived experience.
My purpose is bigger than me. It’s about transformation. It’s about turning fear into faith, pain into power, and ideas into impact. If my story resonates with you, let’s connect because your story, your dream, and your purpose deserve to be lived out fully too.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I’m the founder of Inspired Pages Consulting, a consulting and publishing support company dedicated to helping writers, creatives, and entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life. What excites me most about my work is seeing people move from fear and uncertainty to clarity and confidence whether that’s finishing their first book, starting a business, or finally telling their story.
Inspired Pages Consulting offers one-on-one coaching, publishing guidance, and consulting services for anyone who has a dream but doesn’t know where to begin. We work with writers who struggle with motivation, entrepreneurs who need support starting their business, individuals looking for clarity and accountability, and even people who are transitioning from one career path to the next. For those who simply need someone to talk to, I also provide a safe space for positive guidance and a fresh perspective rooted in encouragement and spirituality.
As an author myself, I’ve already published books and am now preparing to release two more. Writing is deeply personal to me, and I believe in leading by example showing others what’s possible when you commit to the process and stay consistent.
What makes Inspired Pages special is that I’m building it while still in my own season of transition. I know firsthand what it feels like to balance fear and faith, doubt and determination. That’s why my mission is not just to provide services, but to walk alongside others with honesty, empathy, and encouragement.
If you’ve been sitting on an idea, a book, a business, or even a major life decision and just need guidance, now is the time. Let’s work together to bring it to life.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The three most impactful qualities in my journey have been resilience, faith, and communication.
1. Resilience – Life has thrown me many challenges, but learning how to get back up each time taught me that setbacks are not the end they’re part of the process.
Advice: Start by embracing failure as feedback, not defeat. Keep a journal of what each challenge taught you and remind yourself often of how far you’ve already come. The more you practice bouncing back, the stronger your resilience grows.
2. Faith – My faith has been my anchor. It gave me the strength to trust the journey, even when I couldn’t see the full picture.
Advice: If you’re just beginning, take small steps to build faith daily whether that means prayer, affirmations, meditation, or simply speaking life over your dreams. The key is consistency. Faith grows when you water it, even in small ways.
3. Communication – Being able to tell my story, listen to others, and connect on a real level has opened doors and built trust in my work.
Advice: To develop this skill, practice sharing your story even if it’s just with one person at first. Ask for feedback, listen actively, and read or journal regularly to sharpen your ability to express yourself. Communication is a muscle the more you use it, the stronger it gets.
These three qualities continue to shape me and my business, and they’re the same qualities I encourage others to develop because they will carry you through any transition, dream, or purpose you’re called to pursue. At Inspired Pages Consulting, I help clients strengthen these very tools so they can move forward with clarity, courage, and confidence in their own journeys.

Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
My ideal client is someone who has a dream, idea, or story inside of them but feels stuck on how to bring it to life. They may be a writer struggling with motivation, an entrepreneur wanting to start a business, or someone in transition moving from one chapter of life to the next who just needs clarity, accountability, and encouragement.
What they all have in common is a desire for growth and a willingness to do the work. They might not have it all figured out, but they are ready to take that first step. They’re open to guidance, willing to embrace both the practical and the spiritual, and hungry for a fresh perspective that will push them toward their purpose.
I walk alongside my clients with honesty, empathy, and strategy helping them overcome fear, organize their ideas, and take action. Whether it’s writing a book, launching a business, or simply gaining the confidence to start again, I specialize in guiding clients who are ready to transform their vision into something real.
