Meet Emanuel Griffin

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Emanuel Griffin. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Emanuel below.

Emanuel, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

I battled alot with my self image and would always compare my accomplishment against what others have done until I reconnected with God and found my identity in christ

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

The company focuses on showing others the difference between healthy and effective. We help others focus on character development so that they understand what they are worth. This approach allows them to align their lives accordingly. We do this through coaching individually and couples. We partner with facilities that help those with substance abuse and mental health. We are in the process of creating a podcast called Wounded to wisdom which focuses on overcoming trauma and reconnecting with your childhood self and we are creating an animated series entitled tribus Animus. The emphasis is to take the life lessons we teach and begin to instruct the younger generation.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

The most important skills for development is flexibility, coachability, and connection. Everyone has plans but it is God who orders the steps. You can be aligned but not installed because you’re not letting go of your old self. My advice would be to start connecting spiritually and allow God to align the people that are supposed to be apart of your story. Don’t chase the money chase purpose.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

Our company is always open to collaboration. We are looking for more coaches to diversify our portfolio, podcast guest as well as podcast themselves. We also welcome private investors who want to make an impact in the lives of the future generation, in helping them find and align their purpose.
