Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Eric Pacheco. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Eric, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
Like many people, purpose has been something I have been in search of for quite some time. The irony, it took me to stop searching for it in order for me to find it. That is to say, about 4 years ago I had a bit of a “spiritual awakening” I guess you could say and started to better understand the “trick” of going with the flow versus trying to fight it or swim upstream all the time. That doesn’t mean I do not challenge processes or work hard, but instead simply found that if I roll with the challenges presented to me, and truly be in the present moment and enjoy the ride for what it is; things seem to find a way of working out how you need them to. I think Bruce Lee said it best “Be like the nature of water – empty your mind, be formless, shapeless, like water.”

I believe in a consultative approach to Real Estate. The more I learn about clients, the better I can provide information to help them make confident and educated decisions.

Relationships | Goals | Guidance
I value relationships and helping people accomplish their
goals. By asking questions and constant solicitation of feedback, this allows
us to map out a plan for clients to achieve their real estate goals. I have
vast experience working with both first-time buyers as well as buyers/sellers
who have conducted multiple transactions. Buying and selling real estate should
be about you, allow me to equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to
achieve your real estate goals.

Other Passions
· I enjoy coaching sports
· I love listening to all sorts of music and
playing guitar
· Spending time with the wife and kids doing anything
· Recently became of huge fan of audio books. Such a great way to continue my own self growth

Little-known fact
I am married with 5 kids (1 girl and 4 boys). My daughter is currently serving in the Navy while one of my older sons is in the Marines. My other son is currently a Pre-school teacher and I have twin 7 year olds that keep everyone busy.
I realize the importance of being a strong role model for my children and do all I can to display a strong work ethic, unwavering morals while also balancing work with play. I
guess you can say my approach to life is – Enjoy life while always putting your
best foot forward.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I was very blessed early on in my professional career to be trained on “consultative selling”. This allows me to better understand a clients needs/wants and in turn assists in generating a solid go forward plan to help people accomplish their Real Estate Goals.

Additionally, I have always been a believer in delivering on your commitments, and doing so at a “5-star service level”. I want people to not only accomplish their Real Estate goals, but leave the journey being blown away by the service I provided throughout.

Advice I would have for other agents who are looking to improve and take the next step: Forge your own path – listen to advice from others, but ultimately build a strategy and follow a path that YOU are passionate about and feel like will work. Also, be flexible with your ability to pivot and chance course when needed. Not all strategies work, but you can learn from them all and build from them.
