Hi Erica, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

As a witch, i’m often seen as a problem solver, someone people know they can come to when seeking advice, guidance or a helping hand.

People often assume that because I’m capable of helping them with their issues that I’ve never had to deal with any of my own. Not true, especially at the beginning of my journey. Back then, I was dealing with a lot of self doubt which brought on the insidious grip of low self-esteem.

I remember a time when I felt like I wasn’t good enough. I’d spent years honing my craft, studying different books that I’d be drawn to, acquiring knowledge & practicing my own personal spells regularly. Yet, a part of me still questioned my abilities. Every time I casted a spell, I’d wonder, “Am I doing this right? Am I powerful enough?”

It wasn’t until I embraced my imperfections & decided to do the work to heal childhood trauma that I truly began to grow. It was then I realized that my mistakes were not failures, and my traumatic experiences were not burdens to bear but opportunities to learn and evolve. I started to celebrate my unique path & my eclectic style of witchcraft. I knew I had to dive deeper into Shadow Work to learn how to “feel it” in order to “heal it.”

I was empowered to follow my own path and remind myself that my power came from within. I finally understood that I am a divine being, capable of incredible things. I began working on being more kind to myself. That self-compassion reminded me that mistakes are a natural part of the learning process. Once we KNOW better then we DO better.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Stay true to yourself. Connect with your community on a regular basis. Make your own decisions based on what is best for YOU. Remember to be kind to yourself. Begin acknowledging & loving your inner child. Your feelings & triggers matter, don’t ignore them.

Doing better means, becoming more discerning and intentional on who you surround yourself with in both personal and business relationships.

Reserve your time, space & energy only for like minded individuals who are passionate about their own lives & interests. Look for the people who are actively seeking & sharing healing knowledge.

My intuition has always been my most powerful tool. Listening to my inner voice and trusting my gut instincts has been a huge blessing to my life.
I’ve learned to trust the process and go with the flow staying excited & grateful for what’s to come! My life has proven time & time again that things will always end up working out FOR me and for my highest good.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?

My business is family owned & operated business. I am incredibly blessed to have my husband’s support & both my sons working alongside me helping to build a great team.

Im extremely grateful to have a beautiful group of supportive witches who believe in me. They genuinely appreciate and value all of the hard work & dedication that goes into creating such a space in order for us to all thrive.

These individuals understand the importance of doing the healing work, practicing & offering their services with pure intentions to the collective in order for us all to heal & thrive. In the end it will always come down to Community over Competition.
