Meet Erica Sills

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Erica Sills a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Erica, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

Finding my purpose was a journey of trust and alignment relying on faith and intuition to guide me. I declared that I was ready, and it was through my own spiritual path that I began to see my purpose clearly—not as something separate from me, but as the essence of who I am. Ultimately, I didn’t just find my purpose—I remembered it. It had been within me all along.

As a registered nurse for over 20 years, I have always been drawn to healing and service. Medicine has always been on my heart—I have always been a healer, an earth angel. But over time, I felt a growing disconnect. I felt an inner pull toward something greater – beyond the traditional paths I had been conditioned to follow.

Modern healthcare, despite its advancements, often treats the body as separate from the mind, soul, and spirit. I saw firsthand how patients were reduced to symptoms rather than whole beings, and the increasing demands of the system left little room for true, heart-centered care. I knew healing required more. When we tend to the soul first—when we acknowledge who a person truly is, where they come from, and what their heart needs—the body follows.

That realization became a turning point. I stepped beyond the limitations of traditional medicine and into a holistic approach that honors the entire being—mind, body, spirit, and energy. I started listening to my intuition, following the subtle nudges that guided me toward spiritual work, energy healing, and sacred circles where I facilitate and integrate nature’s medicine, vibrational healing, and community connection.
Surrounding myself with a supportive community of like-minded souls was a turning point. Spiritual and business mentors provided invaluable guidance, but ultimately, I had to lean into trust and allowed the process to unfold through faith, intention, and action.

What I’ve come to realize is that purpose isn’t just about what I do, it’s about what happens in others when I do what I do. My purpose is reflected in the healing and transformation that occurs for those I serve. That’s how I know I’m walking the right path.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I provide holistic transformation through universal energy, vibrational sound therapy, the power of community, and the sacred elements of nature. My work is deeply rooted in Divine Feminine wisdom and intuitive healing. As the founder of Soulful Experience, I create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and step into healing and wholeness.

One of my most cherished offerings is working with seniors, creating mindful and peaceful experiences that bring joy, connection, and beauty to their days. My flower mandala gatherings honor life’s sacred cycles, weaving art, mindfulness, and presence into moments of reflection and gratitude. Beyond that, my work extends to sacred circles held under the full moon, where the ocean’s rhythm meets the healing vibrations of sound therapy and holistic energy practices.

I also created the Inner Circle Virtual Community, a sacred space for connection, growth, and transformation. Designed as an ascension journey from 3D to 5D consciousness, the Inner Circle moves from the physical and material world (3D) into the realm of self-awareness and alignment (4D), and ultimately into the expansive spiritual connection of the soul (5D). Each level offers a pathway of deepening awareness, providing teachings, mentorship, and practices that guide members toward higher states of healing, embodiment, and purpose.

To further support your journey, I offer Soulful Essentials—a collection of spiritual tools available on Etsy that I create with intention and love. These offerings, such as Moroccan Rose Water, Florida Water, intention candles, spiritual bath kits, smudge sticks, and seashell creations, have been instrumental in my own spiritual growth and can bring the essence of sacred practices into your daily rituals.

I am currently deepening my journey through ancestral healing and priestess work, with a particular focus on remembrance and the Rose lineage. My recent travels to Morocco and Europe have been pivotal in this unfolding, igniting a profound connection to my roots and the ancient healing traditions that call to me. Soon, I will be expanding my offerings through upcoming retreats. I am also writing my book, A Rising Magdalene, which chronicles my spiritual journey, ancestral connections, and devotion to the Divine Feminine.

Whether through sacred gatherings, one-on-one energy work, or mentorship, my mission remains the same: to create soulful experiences that help others remember their power, heal deeply, and step into alignment with their highest selves.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Reflecting on my journey, three qualities have shaped me the most:

1. Trust in Intuition – Learning to listen to my inner voice and follow divine guidance has been everything. I’ve found that the more I trust, the more aligned opportunities flow to me. My advice? Create quiet space to hear yourself, whether through meditation, journaling, or time in nature.

2. Connection & Support – Healing and transformation happens when we reconnect—to ourselves, to each other, to nature, and to the unseen energies that guide us. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the mentors, guides, and soul connections that have walked alongside me. Seek out people who inspire and the elements that uplift you. You don’t have to do it alone.

3. Compassion & Presence – When working with others, whether in nursing or holistic healing, deep presence and compassion have been at the core of everything I do. True healing isn’t just about methods, it’s about how we show up, listen, and create a space for others to heal themselves.

What would you advise – going all in on your strengths or investing on areas where you aren’t as strong to be more well-rounded?

I believe in leaning into our strengths while staying open to growth. Our strengths are where we shine—where our natural gifts flow effortlessly. By focusing on them, we step into alignment with our purpose and make the greatest impact.

However, challenges and weaknesses can be opportunities for expansion. Rather than seeing them as limitations, I view them as areas where we can stretch ourselves, gain wisdom, and evolve. The key is discernment—knowing when to push through discomfort for growth and when to honor that some paths simply aren’t ours to walk.

For years, I subscribed to society’s definition of success—climbing the corporate ladder, taking on leadership roles in high-stress environments, and believing that security came from titles, stability, and external validation. The more I chased it, the more disconnected I felt. Scarcity had me believing that success required struggle, that I had to fit into a mold that was never meant for me.

Everything changed when I decided to rewrite my own narrative—one where success was not about grinding my way to the top, but about aligning with what set my soul on fire. When I redefined success on my own terms, abundance naturally followed. My purpose wasn’t something I had to chase; it was something I had to trust. And as I began to step fully into my truth, opportunities, connections, and resources began to flow effortlessly.

Now, my story inspires others to break free from outdated definitions of success, to listen to their own inner wisdom, and to create a path that feels deeply aligned rather than externally expected. Because true success isn’t measured by how high we climb, but by how fully we become who we were always meant to be.

At the end of the day, the best approach is to strengthen what comes naturally while being open to the places where growth is asking to happen. Because sometimes, our greatest gifts are hidden in the spaces we once resisted.
