We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Ernesto Di Paulo. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Ernesto below.
Ernesto, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
I get my work ethic from my family. Growing up I saw a lot of my family members work really hard towards obtaining their set goals for a better future.
I had the privilege of working with them & that showed me the difference between sitting around waiting for an opportunity & making an opportunity for my self.
I’ve learned that what you put in you get out and without working hard you won’t get very far in life.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I was born in Denver Colorado but raised in a hot oven called Las Vegas NV (lol) where I made poor choices because of the path I was taking which was the gang life.
One day i realized that I wanted to better my self & future so that’s when I decided to make a change and put the same amount of effort into improving as I did ruining my life.
Now I own & operate 2 businesses which are Upper Echelon Mobile Detail LLC where we specialize in restoration & protection of automobiles & the other is Solar Screens N More LLC where we specialize in window solar screens & motorized roll down Solar screens which help save money on your energy bill, provide day time privacy, block harmful UV rays & block the heat from entering your home.
What I feel is most exciting about both businesses is the happiness that customers get from the services I provide, it feels great to know that my businesses can bring a solution to their problems.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back I think 3 of my most important qualities were hard worker, time manager and determination. Those 3 had the biggest impact on my journey, the advise that I have for anyone is work really hard, be punctual & be determined! The best way to improve is to be conscious and purposely look for ways to keep you reminded about what by our goal or plan is.
How would you describe your ideal client?
My ideal client is someone who respects my time & prices.
