Ernesto, so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.
Creativity is the sheer act of sharing whatever it is that you are creating with the world. Every time you share your art with someone else, there is an opportunity to spark an idea or connection that previously did not exist. I ensure to share my creations every single week. Although sometimes they are met with confusion, these opportunities teach me how i can improve my storytelling of the art I am creating!

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
As the CEO of my business CPD Advisors, I’m most excited to share my secrets on how entrepreneurs can use systems to increase revenue, referrals, and retention. It is my creative playground where I can bring my decade of experience building systems for all kinds of business, and experiment with designing solutions that work for EVERY kind of organization. I’m most excited to use the Six Pillar (6P) System that I have designed as a vehicle to educate the next generation of Operators

I also enjoy connecting and sharing peoples stories through the Regenerate Your Business Podcast, where I meet with CEOs who continuously reinvigorate their teams while increasing impact around the world through their unique offerings.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
1) Creating a Vision 2) Being Persistent to Make it Happen
3) Surrendering to the Mystery

Everyone has a unique life and we all can create visions that align with who we are at our core. Although it may not match with how the world is currently set up, we can develop the persistence to MAKE IT SO!

The last part is all around surrendering to the universe. It works in mysterious ways and as long as you are putting in the work, more often then not there will be a reward that inspires you to keep going!

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?
Most impactful book has been The Secret. It has taught me to create a vision board and also to stay in HIGH FREQUENCY states.

Through remaining in bliss and calm, I am able to be present to what is unfolding directly in front of me (instead of freaking out about all the potentialities that rarely ever come to light).
