Meet Eva

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Eva a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Eva, great to have you with us today and excited to have you share your wisdom with our readers. Over the years, after speaking with countless do-ers, makers, builders, entrepreneurs, artists and more we’ve noticed that the ability to take risks is central to almost all stories of triumph and so we’re really interested in hearing about your journey with risk and how you developed your risk-taking ability.

My ability to take risks developed through both challenges and personal growth. Throughout my life, I’ve faced difficulties—moving to new countries, pursuing artistic projects, and navigating personal losses—but I’ve never let them stop me. I am someone who doesn’t give up; I keep moving forward, learning from every experience.
Professionally, taking risks meant stepping into new roles, producing my own projects, and putting myself out there creatively, even when the outcome was uncertain. Spiritually, I’ve learned to trust myself and the flow of life, allowing me to act with courage and authenticity.
In short, I take risks because I believe in my vision, my resilience, and my ability to overcome obstacles while continuing to grow and move forward.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I’m an actress, singer, voice coach and wellness guide, and my journey has always been about helping people connect with their most authentic selves — whether through performance, voice, or inner healing. After many years studying acting and music in Los Angeles, I’ve continued to grow as an artist and creative entrepreneur.
One of the things I’m most passionate about is the voice — not only as a tool for singing or acting, but as a powerful channel of truth, healing and connection. Through my program “Discover and Free Your Authentic Voice”, I guide singers, actors, and professionals to unlock their voices, overcome fears, and express their authentic selves with confidence. It’s deeply rewarding to see how this work transforms not only someone’s performance, but their whole way of showing up in life.
As an artist, I’m currently developing my short film “Este es mi espacio”, which tells the story of a young woman who works so much on self-love and protecting her space that she takes it to the extreme — isolating herself in her apartment, avoiding contact with others until she is completely alone. It’s a reflection on how the pursuit of self-growth can become unbalanced if it disconnects us from human connection.
What feels most special to me is that my work lives at the intersection of art, wellness, and spirituality. My voice as an artist and as a guide comes from the same place: love, authenticity, and the desire to help others remember their own inner power. Right now, I’m focused on expanding my voice coaching work with new online programs, workshops, and creative collaborations, while also developing artistic projects that I hope to share in festivals and with audiences internationally.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Three Most Important Qualities, Skills and/or Areas of Knowledge

Authenticity and the Power of My Authentic Voice – Learning to connect with my true self and express that authentically in my art, my teaching, and my daily life has been transformative. Authenticity allows people to truly connect with you and opens the door to deeper human connection. This journey inspired me to create the Authentic Voice Method and my workshop “Discover the Power of Your Authentic Voice”, where I guide singers, actors, and professionals to unlock their voices, communicate with confidence, and express their authentic selves. My advice: spend time getting to know yourself — your values, your voice, your story — and embrace them fully, even when it feels vulnerable.

Resilience – Life and career paths are rarely linear, and mine has been filled with challenges, from personal loss to professional obstacles. Resilience doesn’t mean avoiding pain, but learning to transform it into growth. For those starting out, I’d say: trust the process, see every challenge as a teacher, and don’t give up when the road gets difficult.

Empathy and Connection – Working as a coach and guiding people in their own self-expression has taught me the value of truly listening and understanding others. Empathy allows me to create safe spaces for growth, connection, and transformation. My advice: practice listening deeply, be present, and approach others with curiosity and compassion — it’s a skill that will enrich every area of your life and work.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?

Over the past year, my biggest area of growth has been deepening my connection with my authentic voice and integrating it into both my personal and professional life. I have spent this time refining my Authentic Voice Method and developing my workshop “Discover the Power of Your Authentic Voice”, focusing not just on technique, but on helping people express their true selves with confidence and clarity.
On a personal level, I’ve also grown spiritually and emotionally, learning to trust my intuition, embrace vulnerability, and navigate periods of transformation with grace. This has allowed me to communicate more effectively, lead with empathy, and create safe spaces for others to explore their own voices.
This past year has shown me that growth is not only about acquiring skills, but about aligning every aspect of yourself with your purpose, and using your voice — literally and figuratively — to connect, inspire, and transform.
