We recently connected with Eva Garcia and have shared our conversation below.
Eva, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
My grandfather was the embodiment of resilience—a man who lived to 99 and was deeply respected in our town. He always had a thoughtful, understated answer to every challenge, sharing his wisdom without ever making it feel like a lecture. His love for our family was boundless, and that spirit of care and dedication is something I carry with me every day. I truly believe that my passion for business stems from the values he instilled in me.
Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
When it comes to catering, it’s never just about feeding guests, packing up, and going home. It’s about creating an experience—one that lingers long after the event is over. Planning any event is already stressful, with countless details to juggle. The last thing you need to worry about is whether your guests will enjoy their meal or if the service will be seamless.
That’s where we come in. We take care of one of the most crucial elements of any gathering: the food. Because let’s be honest—people will always remember what they ate and how it made them feel. A great meal brings people together, sparks conversations, and leaves a lasting impression. And when your guests rave about it, you know you’ve created something special.
Our goal isn’t just to serve food but to help take the stress off your plate (literally and figuratively), ensuring your event runs smoothly. So, when your guests talk about how amazing the food and service were, they’ll remember your event—and they’ll remember us. And that’s how we turn one event into the next, through referrals and word-of-mouth from people who’ve experienced the difference firsthand.
Because great food isn’t just part of the event—it’s what makes the event unforgettable.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
1. Expertise & Experience – With over 25 years in the food business, we bring a deep understanding of catering, from crafting perfect menus to executing seamless service. Our experience ensures that every event runs smoothly, no matter the size or occasion.
2. Attention to Detail – We believe that the little things make the biggest difference. From beautifully plated dishes to impeccable service, we focus on every detail to create an unforgettable dining experience for you and your guests.
3. Passion & Family Values – As a family-owned business, love is our number one ingredient. We treat every event as if it were our own, ensuring warmth, hospitality, and a personal touch that sets us apart. Your event isn’t just another job—it’s a chance to share our passion for great food and exceptional service.
What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?
