Evalyne, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
I was not the most confident girl growing up nor did I have any self-worth whatsoever. Why? Because people told me so. That is one of the core meanings behind my company Elevate You and that’s elevating each other. People are so cruel or so competitive at times, instead of lifting others up and encouraging one another to thrive to be the best of themselves. That’s why I wanted to build a business to do just that and that in itself helped developed my self-confidence and self-esteem further.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I absolutely love all things healthcare and have worked in both patient-facing and back end medical environments. I have a passion for the healthcare industry and combining both business and healthcare just made sense to me. I started my virtual assistant career in the mental health world and have since expanded into other healthcare avenues.Elevate You is a Marketing Agency that focuses on growing businesses through digital marketing and streamlining processes. An online presence and digital marketing are a must in this world and we develop customized marketing campaign initiatives to help elevate. We work with setting up startup businesses with identity branding, building an aesthetically appealing and functional website, setting up search engine optimization (SEO), and establishing brand recognition all across the nation. We also specialize in scaling more established businesses and practices with high-level strategies and streamlined systems.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
