EVitta , so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
Finding your purpose in life can be a daunting task. It took me a while to find mine, but when I did, it was worth it. For me, my purpose is to inspire, motivate and help others. I do this by being a fitness coach and entrepreneur. I share my knowledge and experiences through instructing, podcasting, providing services and products. I hope that by sharing my story, I can help others find their purpose too.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I am a fitness coach, dance educator and an entrepreneur. My business OnCuE LLC.eva is all about helping people maintain a healthy balance lifestyle, feel better about themselves and make the most of their time. I’m passionate about empowering people with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed, and believe that with the right support and motivation, everyone can reach their goals.
I offer a wide range of services, from virtual fitness classes, one-on-one personal training, to group classes that focus on various disciplines such as strength, cardio, weight loss and flexibility. I also have certifications in Weight Loss Management for Women and Self-Confidence Coach, so I’m able to provide detailed advice and guidance on health, self-confidence and lifestyle changes.
Recently, I’ve been working on creating online content to help people stay motivated and stay on track with their fitness goals. I’m particularly excited about this, as it allows me to reach a much wider audience and provide additional support to my clients. Additionally, I have upcoming events which consists of dance and fitness workshops that I will be teaching.
I also currently expanded the business, by launching a Fitness Apparel Shop named “OnCuE Fitness Shop” ; A low calorie Energy Drink named “OnCuE Energy Drink”. Additionally, I have a Woman’s Health Guide book found on all reading platforms called “Slaying Your Health After 25”. This ebook was once a #1 New Release on Amazon books for short reads in the health-diet & exercise category.
In the end, my goal is to provide people with the best and most comprehensive fitness and wellness experience possible. I’m passionate about helping people maintain a healthy balance lifestyle and ,feel great about themselves. I’m committed to providing the highest quality service and support.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, I can identify three qualities, skills, and areas of knowledge that were most impactful in my journey .
First, strong communication skills were essential for me to build relationships with clients and other business partners. With effective communication, I was able to clearly explain my vision, as well as work through any issues that arose.
Second, an understanding of the industry was also critical. By researching trends and staying up-to-date on the latest developments, I was able to effectively market my products and services, as well as develop strategies to increase my market share. Finally, it was essential for me to have a good understanding of the financial aspects of my business.
Overall, having strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and a sound financial knowledge were the three qualities, skills, and areas of knowledge that were most impactful in my journey.
What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
If you are just starting out on your journey to develop or improve your skills, then it is important to have a plan in place. Start by identifying your goals and objectives and then break them down into smaller, achievable steps. Additionally, take time to assess your current skills and what you need to develop or improve upon.
It is also important to focus on areas that are important to you. If you are looking to develop a specific skill, then you should focus on that area first. Additionally, make sure to take advantage of resources to help you learn new skills and stay up to date on current trends.
Finally, don’t forget to take time to practice and apply your skills. With practice, you can develop confidence in your abilities and become more adept at applying them to a variety of situations.
How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?
If I knew the next 10 years were my last, I would spend it with family and friends. I would travel and see new places. I would learn new things. I would inspire and help as many people I can with my brand. Finally, I would savor every moment.
