We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Excell Bryan a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Excell, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
Being born in a 3rd world country and experiencing at an early age life as an adoptive child. Then facing the challenges of Coming to the United States at the tender age of 12 and being given an opportunity to design the life I wanted was always intriguing to me. However; Not having the privilege to have a support system with parents. I learned to rely on my faith in God. Once I started listening to divine instructions I was able to move with intention.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
After the pandemic I was inspired to create a travel community that would help people experience exotic locations & luxury at affordable rates and have a the opportunity to explore resources that can help expand their professional network. The name of my community is “GLOBAL VIP”. What’s special about our community is that We are the world’s first global concierge group. We focus on 4 pillars; Business, Entertainment, Luxury and Adventure. We customize travel itineraries according to our clients area of interest within our 4 pillars.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Trusting the process, never cheating or looking for short cuts in my the journey and listening to God! Anyone interested in pursuing their passion need to learn to keep the same energy no matter the circumstances. There’s important lessons in everything specially in setbacks.
Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?
Having been with my wife for over 10 years has really been a blessing and a privilege. Choosing the right partner is a key component in your journey towards your passion. I’ve learned so much with my wife, she’s my rock that keeps me grounded.
