Fabiola, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
By being a respected and self motivated person it has allowed myself to produce in a more confident manner. I strongly feel that confidence and self esteem are established when you have enough character and authority in your disposition. Not going to lie, but it did take me a good amount of time to develop this character. The advice I would give for someone to develop confidence and self esteem is to take a lot of inventory on the advice that you receive and the people that you meet.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
When I first started in the Entertainment Industry, one main skill that I learned was thinking on your toes. By developing a fast paced mindset, it established me to think quickly on any given circumstance. Learning to have knee jerk reactions to problems that arose benefited me with a more forward thinking approach. For someone who is early in their journey, they can develop a more forward thinking mind, with enough research AND having a true passion with what they’re connected to. This passion will allow someone to think ahead of what is to come because they have a true understanding of their end goal.
