Falica, thank you so much for taking the time to share your lessons learned with us and we’re sure your wisdom will help many. So, one question that comes up often and that we’re hoping you can shed some light on is keeping creativity alive over long stretches – how do you keep your creativity alive?

How do I keep My creativity alive? Well, I love to write stories, creating characters and developing their lifestyle, their drama, etc is amazing. I keep my creativity alive simply by loving what I do.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I am Falica Love/ Author Trinity DeKane. I am an author of 15 books, 3 sold nation wide under Carl Weber. I am also a now, a movie producer as I am in the middle of rehearsals for my upcoming movie, Psychotic Side Chick that’s based off my Top selling novel. I am elated to be working with such a great cast of people.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

The three things that has been the most impactful for me? Hmmm, Id say the passion to thrive in everything I do is a big quality for me to have. I always look for ways to improve on my craft. I’m big on researching advanced methods that will enable me to grow.
The second most impactful area is my skill building trait. I take every positive opportunity I get, to learn a new skill that will enable me to progress. I sign up for online Webinars that help me understand marketing and audience targeting. I take writing courses to help with improving on the writing skills I currently have. I don’t mind taking the time to educate myself on new ways to get my tasks done more effectively and build to my knowledge bank.
Third, let’s see, I feel like my thirst for success has also contributed to my journey. If I start something, I go extra hard to complete it. I have to see it through or I’ve failed myself. And that’s not acceptable. I’m proud of my current accomplishments and look forward to my future accomplishments.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?

So if I have to name one person who has encouraged me when things get rough is my daughter believe it or not. She was born with a disability and I know that I cant give up even when I want to because she depends on me. I don’t ever want to be in a position where she cant be proud of me. I want her to see her mom, face challenges and overcome them. She literally saved me, so I have to make her proud. My angel in disguise.
