Meet Frank Benitez

We recently connected with Frank Benitez and have shared our conversation below.

Frank, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
I developed my confidence and self-esteem by pushing my self to do better and to be better. Getting compliments from family members and strangers helped me move forward.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I’m an event coordinator / planner, I’ve been doing this for several years now. My business started to grown as my skills got better, I also had help from my partner which I must say is my back bone in all this craziness!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Being able to understand what a person wants or working under pressure but one thing you must have is patience!

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?
I would have to say my fiancé, if it wasn’t for him I can honestly tell you I would go crazy. He understand me and is able to connect with me when I have a crazy idea I want to create for an event. He’s definitely my back bone.
