We recently connected with Galit Ventura-Rozen and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Galit, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
I was raised by immigrant parents who came to America before I was born, chasing opportunity and a better life. As the firstborn, I had a front-row seat to what real dedication looks like. My father worked seven days a week when I was young, with no days off, no shortcuts, no excuses. I watched him go from working for others to starting his own business, then later becoming a general contractor, investor, and developer.
That kind of drive leaves an impression. It wasn’t just his work hours that shaped me; it was his mindset. He took pride in doing things right, kept his word, and always believed that hard work opens doors. I’ve worked alongside him in some capacity since I was 18, even while building my own businesses. That experience taught me not just how to work hard, but also how to think like a builder, to create something from nothing, to take risks, and to believe in possibilities even when things are uncertain.
My work ethic was born in those early lessons. It’s in my DNA to show up, stay consistent, and build things that matter, not just for success, but for legacy. Today, I can share that my oldest, who is 29, has learned this work ethic from both my grandfather and me. He is a successful entrepreneur in his own right at such a young age. I became an entrepreneur at the age of 24.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I wear a few different hats, but they all share one purpose: empowering growth, building legacy, and creating impact.
I’m the founder of Everyday Woman, a company built on one simple but powerful belief: every woman has a story worth sharing. Through my company, I help women write, publish, and promote their books so they can use their voices to inspire others, grow their businesses, and create lasting influence. We’ve published over 13 anthologies featuring more than 400 women who have now become published authors. We also run She Story, a six-month book-writing program designed to guide women who have a message in their hearts but don’t know where to start. Watching women step into their confidence, share their truth, and own their power through storytelling is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
Alongside that, I’ve also been a commercial real estate broker in Las Vegas for over 28 years, specializing in selling investment properties to large investors. My family and I don’t just sell properties, we invest and develop them as well. Together, we’ve built and opened two self-storage facilities in Las Vegas in just the last two years, which we proudly own, and we’re continuing to vet new properties as we expand our portfolio into Colorado retail developments.
What excites me most is the mix of both worlds, the heart-centered work of empowering women through storytelling and the strategic, entrepreneurial drive to build wealth and legacy through real estate. Both require vision, resilience, and belief, and both remind me daily that you can build anything when you’re willing to do the work and lead with purpose.
At the end of the day, Everyday Woman isn’t just a company,it’s a movement. And my real estate work isn’t just about property, it’s about legacy. Together, they represent who I am at my core: a woman committed to helping others rise, while continuing to build and create a life of purpose and possibility.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The Three Qualities That Shaped My Journey
Looking back, three qualities have shaped everything I’ve built, from my businesses to my mindset to how I live my life.
1. Work Ethic
This one comes straight from my father. Watching him work seven days a week, start his own business, and build from the ground up taught me that success doesn’t happen by chance, it happens by consistency. I learned early that there’s no substitute for showing up, doing the work, and doing it well, even when no one’s watching.
My advice: stop waiting for motivation. Discipline will take you where motivation can’t. Decide what you want and commit to doing something toward it every single day.
2. Resilience
Life and business will test you, hard. Deals fall through, ideas flop, people disappoint you. But I’ve learned that every setback is either a lesson or a redirection. Resilience is what allows you to keep going when others quit.
My advice: build your bounce-back muscle. When things don’t go as planned, don’t spiral. Reflect, reset, and rise again. You only truly fail if you stop trying.
3. Vision
Having a clear vision has been my compass. Whether it’s empowering women to tell their stories through Everyday Woman or developing new properties with my family, I’ve always led with the bigger picture in mind, the “why” behind the work.
My advice: get quiet and get clear. Know what you’re working toward, and don’t let anyone talk you out of it. Your vision is yours for a reason,it’s your roadmap.
The truth is, no one is born with these traits. You build them through experience, through mistakes, and through choosing to keep going when things get uncomfortable. That’s where the growth and the greatness happen.

Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
At Everyday Woman, our ideal client is a woman who knows she’s meant for more, she’s got a story, a message, or a mission inside her that just won’t go away. She might not know how to tell it yet, but she feels it deeply. She’s ready to stop playing small and start using her voice to inspire, empower, and make an impact.
Most of the women we work with are coaches, entrepreneurs, professionals, or leaders who’ve overcome something in their profession or business and want to turn their experience into purpose. They’re not waiting for permission; they’re ready to take action and do the work to become an author, speaker, and thought leader.
Our ideal client is also heart-driven. She’s not just writing a book for recognition or status; she wants to reach people, help others, and build something meaningful. She’s someone who believes in collaboration over competition and community over isolation. That’s why she’s drawn to Everyday Woman: we’re a movement of women lifting each other up.
Whether she’s joining one of our anthologies, writing her first book through She Story, or taking one of our micro-courses to grow her visibility and business, she’s ready. Ready to share her truth, grow her confidence, and step into the next level of her purpose.
