Meet GENESIS MORALES

We recently connected with GENESIS MORALES and have shared our conversation below.

GENESIS, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

My confidence and self-esteem were shaped by several meaningful experiences and influences in my life. A significant foundation was laid by my father, who passed away a few years ago. He planted a seed of independence in me, encouraging me to be self-reliant and to believe in every step I take. His lessons instilled the understanding that growth and success take time, and that patience and perseverance are essential.

Furthermore, motherhood has played a pivotal role in a monumental turning point in my life. Becoming a mother deepened my sense of purpose and resilience, pushing me to believe more strongly in my abilities and to trust in my journey. The responsibilities and love I experienced as a mother helped me develop greater confidence and a stronger sense of self-worth, reinforcing the values my father had instilled in me. Together, these influences have been instrumental in building my confidence and self-esteem over time.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I am the founder of Gennson Financial, a financial enlightening company inspired by my firstborn son. At Gennson Financial, we are passionate about empowering individuals and businesses with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve financial clarity and success. Our services include Tax Solutions, Business Formation, Notary Public services, Registered Agent services, and Bookkeeping. What I find most exciting about my work is the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s financial lives and help them build a solid foundation for their future.

Additionally, I am thrilled to announce my new venture into coaching and mentoring tax professionals. This upcoming tax season, I will also be hiring tax professionals to expand our team, ensuring we can provide top-notch service to our clients. My goal is to foster growth and excellence within the industry, sharing my expertise and supporting others in reaching their professional potential.

Overall, I am dedicated to continuous growth, education, and service, and I look forward to helping more people and businesses thrive through Gennson Financial and my new mentorship programs.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back on my journey, I believe the three most impactful qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge have been resilience, continuous learning, and the importance of surrounding myself with supportive and knowledgeable people. Resilience has helped me navigate challenges and setbacks, reminding me to stay focused and keep moving forward. A commitment to continuous learning has allowed me to grow and adapt in an ever-changing industry, ensuring I stay informed and relevant.

Equally important is the people I surround myself with. I am truly grateful for the support system I have built, including the two masterful businessmen who took me under their wing when I was a mentee. Their mentorship played a crucial role in shaping my path and instilling valuable lessons that I carry with me today.

For those starting out on their journey, my advice is to remain humble and open to learning, seek out mentors who can guide you, and be resilient in the face of obstacles. Building a strong network of supportive individuals can make a significant difference in your growth and success. Remember, no one achieves greatness alone -surrounding yourself with the right people is key.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

I am definitely open to partnering and collaborating with individuals who share a mindset of growth and a willingness to venture into new areas of expertise. I believe that great things happen when like-minded, motivated people come together to learn from each other and expand their horizons. While my primary specialization is in financial literacy, I am very open to connecting with professionals outside of that realm as well, as I believe cross-industry collaboration can lead to innovative ideas and mutual growth.

If you’re interested in exploring potential collaboration, I encourage you to reach out to me via email at [email protected]. I am eager to connect with more business-minded individuals and see how we can grow together through shared knowledge and opportunities.
