An adventurer, Educationalist, Avid Sportsman and Enthusiast of learning different cultures, places on world History. The idea of this architecture began many years ago, as a way to share life experiences, experiences and encourage individuals to adapt to changing trends and technology
Strongest Believer in working towards building foundations that leads to the overall Goal, and living a life of “Work in Progress”, sharing the learnings & goods along the journey of life. Every Journey is special, and mine is as memorable with a big dream to Leave a Legacy at the end of my journey
Nothing in life ever comes easy, life’s challenges apply to every individual, and at times it may even take more than the exceptional efforts to get a result but never give into failure under any situation in life. Always look back and tell oneself – today with so much information at our finger tips, why should One-settle for less when more is there in the offering
Growing up in an Anglo-Indian family, being the eldest boy of six siblings, my parents played their part in ensuring every one of my siblings grew up to be independent. Most of my childhood was spent with Grand Parents, and feel blessed to gather so much on life from a generation with the strongest foundation in life
My Aim from initial days was clear and simple, keep working on learning and self-development as the power of literacy, skills on self-dependency goes a long way in any course of life. Even today the habit of getting into training programs or any educational engagement is my top priority. My day starts engaging with some content engagement or daily new paper to ensure some value
Life is a challenge at every stage. The toughest challenge is making a concrete decision over one’s journey in Life. It definitely takes along of sacrifices, hardships and perseverance to stay strong over ups and downs building maturity to endure till results enables us to dream bigger
It was never easy getting to be where I am today, from Travel Tourism Hospitality adding Technology, Strategic Business alliances, Podcaster, Blogger to a Life Coach. The best reality is to celebrate life. Situations may have left scars, but eventually a stronger and better you prevail to keep moving. Today while sharing my journey, will say Life wasn’t easily handed on a platter – Hard Work, determination on process driven efforts made the accomplishments possible
Everything achieved in Life involved hard worked, and it is an endeavour to keep working on daily progressive means to keep learning, developing and progressing along life. Professional Life kicked-off at an early stage in the Largest Industry – Travel Tourism and Hospitality as Service Supplier and Technology Distribution.
Institutional 1996-97 batch at The Institute of Modern Management, Kolkata (IMM), all major certification in the Travel Tourism Hospitality Industry, Google Certified Digital Marketing and continuously developing insights on Technology, Trends and Brand Management

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The biggest success factor along my journey is keeping to basics, adapting processes, engaging in self-driven application, keeping up with technology, trends and market dynamics through continuous learnings, investing on development leading to growth and ensuring to keep up with on-going
For individuals such as aspiring leaders, Leaders and achievers scaling new heights over their storyline, my advice and suggest is keep it as simple as ABCD in every level or stage of life to achieve, scale and maintain consistency. The process of Accessibility, Balance, Clarity, Delight
Accessibility is simple as simple as being visible across professional, personal or committed engagements on opportunities to be available to deliver.
Balance is maintaining one’s personal and professional lifestyle and ensuring neither environment gets effected while on-going commitment takes priority over the demanded moment in time
Clarity is knowing what your goal, working towards it in every aspect and ensuring end results in action
Delight is favourable outcome in the form of fulfilment of entrusted responsibility, assignment or commitment in various avenues across life
Things never get easy, and climbing up the ladder over successful endeavours will involve more commitment on time and particularly expectations to meet expectations. Remember Simply during these times that there is no substitute for sincerity, hard work and staying humble
Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?
Overwhelmed over things is natural with all humans. These are the times which will build the strength during tough or low moments. Firstly, evaluate the efforts along the achievement or thing which has made me feel overwhelmed, bookmark it as a forever memory to reflect any time in the future. Thereafter, being a normal human treat myself to some wishful moments on relaxation or rejuvenation by self-pampering in ways of Music, strong podcast topic or relaxation of taking a drive to pamper my taste buds on some good food. At times, it leads to committing to a game of soccer…
It is always within my priorities to keep myself prepared over life’s challenges that never fails to surprise anytime, any moment, anywhere. Everyone has seen tough moments, challenging situations or darkest hours where even the best efforts couldn’t yield results – Yes for sure. It is very important to keep one’s self brightest, toughest and ready to face anything challenging in Life…
A word of suggestion or advice, try to help individuals by engaging in showing the methodic way over how achievements can be achieved, that is more appreciating than making things sound easy only in words. Every individual has the talent and prowess to make their story, some need luck, opportunity or maybe a strong hand-holding to get to their landmark – try to be the light in someone’s dark or tough moment in the best ways
