Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Gianmarco “3zzinho” Trezzi. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Gianmarco “3zzinho” with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
My work ethic stems from the deep connection I have with what I do. Working in a creative field, I’m lucky enough to turn my passion into my profession, and that drives me to approach every project with complete dedication. When I dive into an idea or a new challenge, I always give 100% of myself… I can’t stop until I feel truly satisfied with the result.
As a creative director, my mind never really shuts off, it keeps thinking, imagining, refining, 24 hours a day. It’s an ongoing, almost instinctive process that pushes me to pour my heart and soul into every project. I don’t make distinctions between big or small assignments: each one deserves the same level of attention, energy, and care. I believe that it’s through consistency, effort, and dedication that we bring real value both to our work and to who we are as professionals.
Ultimately, I see work ethic not just as discipline, but as love for what you do. And it’s that love that drives me to go beyond my limits, keep growing, and create something that truly means something.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’m a creative director and graphic designer driven by the idea of turning imagination into tangible emotion. My work lives at the intersection of visual storytelling, culture, and identity! I love crafting concepts that not only look powerful but feel alive.
Recently, I had the opportunity to work as the creative director for a track by LIL MILE, which has been nominated for the 2026 Grammys… an incredible experience that pushed me to explore the boundaries between sound and visual identity.
I’ve also created custom AirPods covers for J Balvin, each designed as a unique reflection of his vibrant energy, and a 1/1 Balaclava for Drake, a piece that blends symbolism, luxury, and rebellion in equal measure.
What excites me most about my work is the constant evolution: the challenge of transforming abstract ideas into visual experiences that connect people to emotion, music, and meaning. For me, creativity isn’t just a profession, it’s a way of seeing the world, and reshaping it through design

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back on my journey, I’d say the three most important qualities that have shaped my career are curiosity, resilience, and vision.
Curiosity has always been my starting point, it’s what keeps me moving forward. Every idea, collaboration, or visual concept begins with the desire to explore something new, to understand the “why” behind an image, a color, or a sound. For anyone starting out, I’d say: never stop asking questions. Curiosity is the fuel that turns creativity into innovation.
Resilience came with experience. Working in a creative field means constantly putting your ideas and a part of yourself, out into the world. Not everything you create will be understood or appreciated right away. I learned to see criticism as a tool, not a threat. To anyone beginning their journey: don’t fear mistakes. They’re part of the process that refines your vision and your voice.
And then there’s vision… the ability to see beyond the surface, to imagine what doesn’t exist yet. It’s what allows you to create something that feels timeless, personal, and real. Vision comes from knowing who you are, but also from staying open to change. My advice? Take time to understand your own perspective, your own aesthetic language. The stronger your vision, the more meaning your work will carry.
In the end, these three qualities “curiosity, resilience, and vision” have guided me through every creative challenge. They’re not just skills to develop; they’re ways of living and thinking that can transform a career into a lifelong journey of growth and creation.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?
One of the people who had the greatest impact on my journey was my design teacher from graphic design school. At that time, I didn’t yet have the technical skills or confidence that I needed. I was still figuring out how to turn my ideas into something real. But she saw something in me that I couldn’t see in myself yet.
While others might have focused on what I lacked, she focused on what I could become. She noticed the spark, the creative instinct, the curiosity and instead of letting me give up, she pushed me to keep going, to trust my process, and to believe that passion could be shaped into skill.
Her belief in me changed everything. It taught me that sometimes all it takes is one person to see your potential before you do, and that kind of support can shift the entire course of your life. To this day, I carry her lesson with me: talent grows through persistence, and true mentorship is about helping others see the light inside themselves
