We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Gianna Silvaggio. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Gianna below.
Gianna, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
I found my purpose through my faith in God. He has given me the gifts of creativity, communication, and connection, and I feel most fulfilled when I use them to help others. In real estate, that means guiding people through one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives with knowledge, integrity, and care. Buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction—it’s a major life milestone, and I take pride in making the process as seamless and rewarding as possible. Whether I’m helping a client find their dream home, marketing a property in a way that truly stands out, or building lasting relationships in the industry, I know I’m walking in my purpose by serving others with the gifts He’s given me.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I come from a long line of real estate professionals, so in many ways, real estate is in my blood. My late grandmother, Idabelle Silvaggio, was a well-known name in Las Vegas real estate, and my mom, Valorie Silvaggio, has decades of experience in the industry. Together, we run the Silvaggio Group, blending my mom’s “old school” expertise with my modern, creative approach.
I also have a background in public relations, where I worked with major hospitality brands, luxury products, and celebrities. That experience has been invaluable in real estate—whether it’s marketing a home in a way that truly stands out, negotiating deals with confidence, or building strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Beyond real estate, I’m also a content creator, and I’m expanding my work in that space. I love using my platform to educate, inspire, and connect with people, whether it’s sharing market insights, showcasing luxury homes, or creating engaging lifestyle content. Now, I’m also offering event content coverage and content creation services for small businesses, helping brands showcase what makes them unique in a visually compelling way.
Right now, I’m focused on growing both my real estate business and my content creation services. I was recently featured in Deluxe Version Magazine’s “Women of Wonder” as a realtor, which was a full-circle moment since I received the same honor years ago as a publicist. It’s been incredible to see how my career has evolved, and I’m excited for what’s ahead!
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, three key qualities have shaped my journey: relationship-building, creativity, and a strong work ethic.
1. Relationship-Building – My background in PR taught me the importance of building genuine connections, a skill that has been invaluable in real estate. Buying or selling a home is a deeply personal and often emotional process, and trust is everything. Beyond working with clients, strong relationships with industry professionals—lenders, title reps, and fellow agents—ensure smooth transactions and better outcomes. Advice: Focus on relationships, not just transactions. Listen, be present, and always provide value. The stronger your network, the more opportunities will come your way.
2. Creativity – Selling a home isn’t just about putting it on the market—it’s about making it stand out. From strategic marketing to compelling listing presentations, creativity plays a huge role in getting homes in front of the right buyers. Thinking outside the box helps me connect with clients, showcase properties in unique ways, and navigate challenges with fresh solutions. Advice: Be open to new approaches and stay ahead of trends. The best results often come from trying something different and pushing beyond the ordinary.
3. Strong Work Ethic & Dedication – Real estate isn’t a 9-to-5 job. Success requires persistence, discipline, and a commitment to excellence. From negotiating deals to keeping up with market trends, I put in the work to ensure my clients have the best possible experience. Advice: Stay consistent, keep learning, and don’t get discouraged by setbacks. Success comes to those who remain committed for the long haul.
Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
The most important sources of guidance and support in my journey have been God and my mom. Prayer has been my foundation—whenever I face challenges or big decisions, I turn to God for clarity, strength, and direction. My faith reminds me that everything happens for a reason, and it gives me the confidence to push forward, even when things feel uncertain.
My mom, Valorie Silvaggio, has also been instrumental in shaping me both personally and professionally. She has decades of experience in real estate, and working alongside her has given me an incredible foundation. She’s taught me the importance of hard work, integrity, and perseverance—lessons that have been invaluable in my career. More than that, she’s always been my biggest supporter, encouraging me to trust my instincts and carve out my own path.
Between my faith and my mom’s guidance, I’ve been able to navigate challenges, grow in my career, and stay grounded in my purpose.
