Hi Gigi, so happy to have you with us today and there is so much we want to ask you about. So many of us go through similar pain points throughout our journeys and so hearing about how others developed certain skills or qualities that we are struggling with can be helpful. Along those lines, we’d love to hear from you about how you developed your ability to take risk?
By never accepting fear. I never go into any prepared to loose. I rather try than to not . Don’t think just do

I am Gigi Harville the CEO/Founder of The Paul Harville Group. A small boutique Management Company based in Los Angeles. We represent Music Artists and Content Creators. I am also a Brand and Content Strategist, developing fresh new talent
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Listening, Learning, and Patience
To simple be patience with the process
Take risk and don’t beat yourself up for mistakes. Learn from them and dust yourself off.
Ask questions and ask for help.
Surround yourself with like minded business people. Be a sponge
How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I would love to add two managers to the team .Hard workers who will give our talent 100% Must be Knowledgeable about the creator space.
