Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Gina Nasta Mende. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Gina Nasta, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
My purpose is deeply rooted in my faith. I would not be who I am without the foundation of being a Christ-follower and servant leader. The journey I had to go through in my 20’s was one of trial, error, and overcoming what other’s said I should be or become and shifting by following the direction and spirit within my heart. I could have become anything… an engineer, a doctor, a medical researcher, an interior designer, an artist, a pastor, or some real estate mogul. I’ve explored each of the listed “careers” and found that I still felt lost and unfulfilled. Exploring and trying a little bit of everything has shaped how I think, experience life, and overcome challenges. I am a leader and an entrepreneur that is passionate about shaping others to live in their purpose and find success in doing what gives them true joy in life. My purpose is not simply defined as a “Realtor” or “wife” or “insert *career* here.” My purpose is to serve, to see people where they are at, to show them love, to connect them with another person to aid in success or help, and to lead with conviction.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I am a serial entrepreneur who is multi-passionated and loves investing in people. My professional and educational background is diverse, but the root of who I am is centered around business development, entrepreneurship, ministry, and leadership. I work in all four of these areas every day.
My main job is working as a real estate salesperson, investor, and business partner in residential and commercial real estate in the Greater Phoenix area at The Firm RE. My real estate background specializes in fix-and-flip investing, buy and hold investing, as well as luxury. My passion project and current focus is working on a new brand, Everything is Evergreen LLC, and business centered around small business support, leadership, mentorship, and opportunities. One of those growth opportunities that I’ve created is a female networking group called, Bold & Bottled.
Bold & Bottled aims to elevate, empower, and inspire women wherever they are at in life. We are a membership and event based community that supports, connects, and educates women within any area of life. B&B provides quarterly events, monthly meet ups, and masterminds for women looking to learn and be connected within their community.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Resilience: The ability to bounce back from setbacks and stay committed to my goals despite challenges was crucial. Resilience allowed me to navigate through tough times and emerge stronger, learning from every experience.
Networking and Relationship Building: Cultivating a strong network of professional connections provided invaluable support, opportunities, and mentorship. Building meaningful relationships within my industry helped me gain insights, collaborate effectively, and expand my reach.
Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Staying curious and open to learning new skills, technologies, and trends kept me relevant and competitive. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new knowledge allowed me to innovate and stay ahead in my field.
My advice: You will always run into highs and lows as a professional or entrepreneur. Never let the lows keep you down, use them a step into the direction of growth and success. Failures don’t exist only lessons. Community and relationships will help shape you and grow your dreams. Never stop learning and be okay with pivoting your process and rebuilding if it leads to a better outcome in the future.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I am looking to collaborate with:
Community Leaders
Woman looking for community
Business owners
Woman looking to start a business
Ever-learners
Authentic personalities
I would like to partner with like-minded women to create a tribe of boss babes that can help lead and mentor aspiring entrepreneurs. My goal is to create a collaborative community that includes different voices and strategies to impact the growth of individuals within my business platform (Everything is Evergreen).
