Gina , thank you so much for taking the time to share your lessons learned with us and we’re sure your wisdom will help many. So, one question that comes up often and that we’re hoping you can shed some light on is keeping creativity alive over long stretches – how do you keep your creativity alive?

“I keep my creativity alive by staying curious—drawing inspiration from travel, nature, and the people I work with. Whether it’s the colors of a sunset or the glow of skin on set, I let those moments fuel the artistry that flows into every ARTISTBOXXX product

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

After being a celebrity makeup artist for 25 years I decided to evolve and create a beautiful makeup brand . “ARTISTBOXXX is all about jetset luxury beauty. I wanted to create a line that feels chic, elevated, and travel-ready—palettes and glow essentials that slip effortlessly into your bag and deliver that polished, radiant look wherever you are. The inspiration comes from the jetset lifestyle—Palm Beach, the Hamptons, Amalfi—places where women want to look glamorous but still effortless. It’s clean, sustainable, and designed to make glowing beauty simple for the modern traveler.”

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

“For me, authenticity has always been at the heart of ARTISTBOXXX. I built this brand around creating a life I truly love—one filled with beauty, travel, and simplicity—and that energy naturally flows into the products. I didn’t want to follow trends or create just another palette; I wanted to design pieces that reflect my own lifestyle, that sense of jetset freedom and luxury, while still being clean, sustainable, and effortless. Staying true to myself has kept the brand personal, purposeful, and creatively aligned with the way I live and the beauty I want to share with others.”

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?

“Bob Proctor’s book “The Art of Living “ had a huge impact on me—not just as an artist, but as a founder. His teachings on mindset, abundance, and the power of creating the life you envision really shifted the way I approached my career and my brand. I learned to focus on possibility instead of limitation, and that became the foundation for ARTISTBOXXX. The idea that you can design a life you love—and align your work with that vision—has guided every creative decision I make, from product design to the overall jetset lifestyle that inspires the brand.”
