Gizaine , we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

I develop my confidence and self-esteem by embracing my authentic self and not seeking for other people’s approvals.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I am one of best selling authors out there. I’ve earned my 1st award as best seller December 2021. My book title is HOPE BEYOND FEARS. It was written to inspire and motivate people on how to overcome fears and reach their full potential. I am also the owner of KREMAS BON GOU. It is an authentic Haitian cocktail that can be serve at any festivities. I cater this rich creamy coconut cocktail to many events such as weddings, graduations, birthdays parties, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate events and many more. What set me apart from many other people that serve the same drink is my creativity on how I present it to fit the client specific event theme, and also the taste is very delightful.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

When you have something great to offer, do it with care, love and passion. Make your clients feel welcome. Have good listening skill to listen to details. Whatever it is that you would like to do, don’t be afraid to start. The very moment you start, you’re half way there. Just start!

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

I would love to collaborate with many events planners. I’ve catering Kremas to many events since 2019, but I would love to grow more to have the opportunity
to WOW many more tastesbuds with this amazing tasty drink. I serve it in many different ways. I have partyfavors available starting at size 3 oz , 4oz and 5oz. 750 ml bottle, half gallons, and full gallons.
