Gosia, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
Growing up in Poland during the communist era, I faced significant health challenges, including a heart condition, anemia, and persistent fatigue. Traditional supplements and treatments failed to provide relief, leading me to seek alternative solutions. This personal health journey inspired me to study holistic medicine at a university, where I explored the profound connection between nutrition and balanced health.
Equipped with this knowledge and driven by a passion for holistic well-being, I began developing my own honey fusion products in my Los Angeles kitchen. Drawing from Chinese, Ayurvedic, and holistic medicine traditions, I crafted formulations using pure, unprocessed, raw, and organic ingredients. This endeavor not only addressed my health issues but also ignited a desire to empower others to take control of their health through natural, effective solutions.
The positive impact of these formulations on my health and the growing interest from others reinforced my purpose: to create and share innovative supplemental foods that promote holistic health. This journey led to the establishment of Gosha’s Organics, a family business dedicated to producing high-quality, nutritionally conscious products that support overall wellness.

Our flagship product line, the Odnova series, is a collection of honey-based blends infused with adaptogens, superfoods, and bioavailable nutrients designed to nourish the body, mind, and spirit. These blends are carefully formulated to support clarity, vitality, and radiance.
What excites me most about what we do is the intentionality behind every product. Each ingredient is thoughtfully sourced, raw, organic, and unprocessed, ensuring that the integrity of nature’s gifts is preserved. There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
ooking back, the most impactful qualities in my journey have been resilience, curiosity, and a commitment to authenticity. Resilience allowed me to face challenges head-on, whether they were personal health struggles or the inevitable obstacles of building a business. Curiosity fueled my drive to learn, innovate, and explore the powerful connection between nutrition and holistic well-being. And staying true to my values and purpose created a brand that people trust and connect with on a deeper level.
For those starting their journey, I’d say embrace challenges as opportunities, stay curious and open to learning, and always lead with authenticity. When you build from a place of passion and purpose, your path forward becomes much clearer.
How can folks who want to work with you connect?

We’re particularly interested in working with small businesses in LA—such as wellness shops, boutique retailers, and health-focused cafes—that can sell our products and share our values of sustainability, authenticity, and mindful living.
