Meet Grecia Salamon

We recently connected with Grecia Salamon and have shared our conversation below.

Grecia , thank you so much for taking the time to share your lessons learned with us and we’re sure your wisdom will help many. So, one question that comes up often and that we’re hoping you can shed some light on is keeping creativity alive over long stretches – how do you keep your creativity alive?

My creativity comes from curiosity and nature. I love learning, moving, and exploring: new places, new projects, new environments. I get inspired just by being outside and experiencing life. If I’m not producing, filming, or creating something new, I start to feel a little stuck.

Balance is everything! When I feel drained, I take rest and recharging very seriously. Resting is just as important as taking action, and if and when I skip it, I end up in this creative limbo where nothing really flows.

And then there’s the flip side: once I get something on my mind or on my plate, I can’t stop until I make it happen. That’s when all my resources and energy come alive. Creativity, for me, shows up when I’m well rested, in tune with myself, and open. Most of the time, that happens in nature, through learning new things, sharing with others, and, most importantly, connecting to myself through my spiritual practice.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I wear a lot of hats, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way! I love being creative and action-oriented, especially when it comes to projects I’m passionate about.

I run Rous World Productions, where I produce podcasts, livestreams, commercials, and all kinds of content for brands and artists. My team and I cover everything from branding and strategy to high-quality media production to help you bring your vision to life and have successful results.

What makes it special to me is my passion for bringing people together, connecting cultures and creating magic while having fun in the process. I’ve found that the most authentic way for me to tell stories is through a multicultural lens. Inclusion is a priority in everything I do, I love collaboration and having different perspectives.

On a more personal note, I launched my podcast Infinite Multiverse less than a year ago, and it’s been a beautiful work in progress that keeps evolving. I’m also focusing on my partnership and ambassadorship with Freeway Insurance, leading what I truly believe is the best bilingual campaign in the insurance market right now. Seeing that partnership grow and watching all the hard work pay off makes me so proud.

What excites me most is the mix… Blending the professional, the creative, and the spiritual together in order to create a life that I love and feel always proud of, even during the hard times, At the end of the day, I want people to walk away from my work feeling inspired, entertained, and maybe a little more connected to themselves.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

I would day these are the most important qualities for me. They shape who I am and my journey.

1. Resilience. It has been everything for me. Life has thrown plenty of challenges my way, from starting over in new cities to reinventing myself multiple times. There were moments where I thought, “How am I going to do this?” but that little inner fire always pushed me to keep going. I don’t see resilience as being “tough” all the time, instead I see it more as the ability to pick yourself back up and still believe in yourself. Rest when needed, cry when needed and then keep going.

2. Curiosity. This is where my creativity lives. I’ve always been drawn to new experiences (maybe because I’m Sagittarius) like traveling, learning new practices, meeting people from different walks of life. Curiosity keeps me inspired and open. It’s why my projects are so diverse: one day I’m producing a livestream, the next I’m teaching yoga or recording a podcast. That constant exploration and curiosity for life and new adventures feeds my imagination.

3. Adaptability. A survival skill in both production and life. Things almost never go as planned, right? the schedule changes, equipment fails, or suddenly life pulls you in a new direction. I’ve just learned to flow with it, sometimes laughing at the chaos, sometimes just breathing through it. Adaptability allows me to see opportunities where there seems to be an obstacle. An obstacle is just an opportunity in disguise.

And I have a bonus quality… 4. Faith/Surrender. This one probably shapes me the most. I’ve realized not everything can be controlled or forced, no matter how much I plan for it. Some of the most beautiful things in my life came when I finally let go, trusted the process, and allowed life to unfold in its own timing. It’s not always easy, actually its not easy at all, but that’s where I’ve found peace within myself and my timing, and often where the real magic happens.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

Yes, always! Collaboration is at the heart of Rous World Productions. I actually have a production roster where people can join to be considered for future projects that come our way. There’s no commitment until a project is confirmed. When something comes up, we hire based on style, rate, and availability.

I’m always looking for talented folks across the board: filmmakers, editors, designers, producers, set crew, stylists, and even on-camera talent (actors, TV hosts, models, etc.) Basically, if you’re part of the production world and you love being creative, I’d love to know about you.

It’s important to me that Rous World feels like a collaborative community where people can bring their own perspective and style to the table. If you’d like to be part of the roster, you can fill out the “work with us” form on the website rousworldproductions.com.

Creativity is better when it’s shared, and I’m always excited to welcome new people. If you’re curious, passionate, and love creating as much as we do, let’s connect, you never know what magic we might create together!
