Meet Gregory Smith

We were lucky to catch up with Gregory Smith recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Gregory, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

From mother father and grandparents also can not forget about my wife and life partner for always reminding me that as long as I trust in Jehovah, that I can do anything I wanna accomplish

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

Well my name is Gregory Smith I was born in a small town called Seneca South Carolina in the upstate of South Carolina I got married to Rosemary mayes we moved to Greenville South Carolina and that’s where we eventually started our detailing business where we go out and service vehicles for those that are busy or maybe they’re just not well enough to do their own, they make an appointment with us and we’ll go out and take care of that for them we have future plans on expanding to doing wraps tinting windows etc as well as expanding into other states

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

For one my mother and my grandmother instilled cleanliness maybe important of being clean we will always believe in things clean with it with my house or my vehicle my personal vehicle the cleanliness was next to godliness but being a lover of cars I got a job at leaderboard in lake keowee Dodge also located in Seneca South Carolina and I realize that moment that’s what I wanted to do detail cars so I thought studying watching a lot of videos because I wanted to be the best at it and learn everything about it from polishing to wet sanding and for those of you who are thinking about starting your own business and for those of you who have already started your own business maybe it’s not going as well as you would like or I’ll tell you just don’t give up keep learning she’s searching for different ways to promote your product or your line of service

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?

First and foremost I give all honor glory and praises to my creator Jehovah secondly my wife for always believing in my dream Dana lake watching videos with all sorts of car paint corrections the do’s and don’ts of running a mobile business and never giving up telling me that I can do it and standing by my side thirdly my three sisters my father kids and my brother-in-laws teddy and Robert for their continued support
