Hi Greysa, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

Hello, I’m Greysa Lemons. Thank you for having me today.

I believe that the most important elements of success and fulfillment are purpose, mission, values, and vision.

Purpose is the calling we have on our lives, the mission is the strategy you have to carry it out, values are the disciplines that shape how you steward the mission, and vision is the destination we’re moving toward. But none of these can truly come to life without the in-between of the endeavor, the journey. Without faith in Jesus, our lives lack direction, alignment, purpose, and vision. The Bible says, “Where there is no vision, the people perish…” (Proverbs 29:18).

So, how do we find our purpose? For me, the purpose and mission of my life is simple: “Cancel isolation and passivity to create unity and purpose.” The vision? The Endeavor Series. The Endeavor Series is a podcast show that officially launched with its first season on March 11, 2025, now available on Spotify and YouTube. This show was created to inspire and equip a generation to pursue their God-given purpose through a lifestyle of grit. Unlike the typical podcast with lengthy episodes and empty conversations, the Endeavor Series goes deeper. With an emphasis on not just the “what” but the “how” of life, providing a call to action for real and practical growth with truth.

Although each individual’s purpose is unique and personal to them, its impact is always collective. True fulfillment includes not only the growth of self but also the growth of others, bringing hope and restoration as we impact those around us. Whatever you do, whether it be in creativity, business, medicine, or any other field, do it for others.

And before you ever think your life is purposeless, remember this: you were placed on this Earth for such a time as this. You are no accident. The life you will restore in others is part of your divine purpose.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I am a film and media production manager, as well as the host of The Endeavor Series. In my role, I oversee and manage the production process for brands, commercials, and films, from organizing call sheets to supervising talent and crew, and ensuring the vision of each project comes to life. This comprehensive responsibility has earned me the title of “The Executor.” I firmly believe that execution is 50% of the process, and it is essential in bringing any vision to reality.

Life, in its essence, is a risk. Every decision we make carries an element of uncertainty, and each choice contributes to the story we create for ourselves. The true challenge lies within the decision.

My journey began in a small town in central California. At 19, as a university student, I found myself grappling with the question, “What’s next?” I faced numerous trials: fear of falling behind, feeling misunderstood, and struggling to find a genuine community grounded in faith. I longed for friendships where people didn’t just speak about Jesus but lived out their faith through their actions.

Much of my journey felt isolating, pushing me to rely on God through every step. I knew I had a clear, God-given purpose: to help my generation break free from isolation and passivity. It was during this time that I formulated my life statement: “Canceling Isolation and Passivity, Creating Unity and Purpose.” This principle became the bedrock of everything I do, fueling my commitment to live with intentionality, grit, and character, and to inspire others to do the same.

In recognizing a gap in the market, I saw the need for a message that resonated with go-getters. Those tirelessly pursuing their goals but often feeling alone in their journey, and those with a calling who needed encouragement to take the next step. I set out to create a lifestyle brand that offered more. I wanted it to inspire individuals to endure not through the hustle for approval but by listening to God’s voice and taking action that builds character.

I then took another leap, organizing community events designed to help people reshape their mindset, overcome trials, pursue their passions, and foster meaningful connections. Endeavor Made quickly became more than a brand; it became a mission. A mission to climb the mountain and pull others up with us. I didn’t want people merely to wear the brand; I wanted them to embody its message. Despite moments of doubt, I remained steadfast in the belief that God doesn’t call us to easy paths; He calls us to meaningful ones.

Looking back, I’ve realized that taking risks often involves saying “yes” to God, even when the path is unclear, the execution. Endeavor is still evolving, and it’s become something more significant than I initially imagined. It’s a movement. I’ve heard countless stories of how the message behind Endeavor has given individuals the courage to endure trials, pursue their dreams, and trust God—even when the journey doesn’t make sense. For me, that is the true success and fulfillment. The risk wasn’t merely about starting a brand; it was about stepping into my purpose and creating something that would inspire others to do the same. Endeavor = Grit

After relocating to Los Angeles, I completed my graduate studies with a degree in Secondary English Education. At the time, I had no idea that this foundation would lead me to speak and teach, helping youth cultivate a growth mindset while exploring my love for storytelling and cinema. The TV industry holds the greatest access to every home, making it one of the most powerful platforms for influence. With such vast reach, imagine how much life, truth, and encouragement we could bring into each intimate space, impacting lives in ways we can’t even fully measure.

Season 1 of The Endeavor Series debuted with its “Pilot” episodes, addressing topics like mentorship, with themes such as “A Message from Gen Z: We Need Someone to Believe in Us,” “Hollywood actors’ experiences with Jesus,” “Finishing Well,” “Faith in the Industry,” “Being Multipassionate is Not a Weakness,” and “Have We Lost the Ability to Be Genuine?”

Inspired by the 2004 TV series Lost: The Journey, The Endeavor Series will return for its second season, Wrecked, premiering on September 26, 2025, on Spotify and YouTube.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Purpose + Mission + Vision + Values = Success and Fulfilment. The in-between of the Endeavor, the journey requires faith, perseverance, and grit. Your purpose is not about how great YOU are, but the wisdom and growth you learn to inspire and lift OTHERS up around you. THAT is where your fulfillment lies, when you look beyond yourself. The Endeavor never ends until we have reached the finish line of life. The Endeavor Series holds practical skills of not just the “what” but the “how” in the journey of what’s next.
