We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Hanna Sellers. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Hanna below.
Hanna, we’ve been so fortunate to work with so many incredible folks and one common thread we have seen is that those who have built amazing lives for themselves are also often the folks who are most generous. Where do you think your generosity comes from?
My generosity comes from the belief that the best things in life multiply when they’re shared. Movement gave me freedom in my own body, and teaching gave me the chance to pass that feeling forward. That exchange has always felt sacred. Generosity, for me, isn’t always about giving more, it’s about giving with intention. I think it comes from my family, from the way I was raised to notice the small things: offering someone your time, your attention, your energy. Later, in France, I saw generosity expressed in subtler ways—a shared meal, a long conversation, beauty created simply to be enjoyed. At Pêche, I try to build generosity into the culture itself: every class is designed to give people something lasting, whether it’s strength, connection, or presence—ideally all three.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
At its heart, Pêche is about creating a world where movement feels both sculptural and soulful. Our studios are intentionally intimate and designed to feel like hidden gems—spaces where every detail matters, from the music to the arches to the way the method builds in layers of precision. Clients come to us for strength, but what they find is something deeper: presence, connection, and a lifestyle that lingers beyond the studio walls.
This year marks the launch of HEAT by Pêche—our infrared-heated mat concept. It carries the same precision and artistry of our method, elevated with a sweat-driven intensity.
What excites me most is seeing Pêche evolve into more than a studio. It’s becoming a community, and ultimately, a culture—one that blends movement, design, and a modern approach to wellness.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
For me, three qualities have shaped everything:
1. Discipline. Success isn’t built in grand gestures—it’s built in the quiet hours when no one is watching. Discipline is what carries you through the days when motivation feels far away. My advice: build small, consistent rituals. They compound into strength over time.
2. Intuition. Data and logic matter, but so does learning to trust your inner self. Some of my best decisions came from listening to that quiet knowing. My advice: create space to hear yourself—whether it’s through movement, journaling, or simply slowing down.
3. Resilience. The path will not be linear. There will be setbacks, doubts, and seasons that feel heavier than others. Resilience isn’t about bouncing back quickly; it’s about continuing forward with grace. My advice: don’t fear the harder seasons—they shape your edge.
If you’re early in your journey, focus less on “having it all figured out” and more on cultivating these qualities in real time. They will meet you at every stage, and they’re what transform effort into evolution.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
Yes—collaboration is central to where I see Pêche evolving. I’m drawn to working with people and brands who share a focus on quality, intentional design, and elevating the way we experience wellness. Whether it’s in hospitality, art, or other wellness practices, I believe the future lies in creating experiences that feel holistic and beautifully considered. The best collaborations happen when there’s alignment in values and vision—not just aesthetics. That’s the kind of energy I’m excited to build with.
