We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Heather Pelletier. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Heather below.

Hi Heather, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

The past several years have been difficult for me. We were in the midst of a global pandemic, I was unhappy in my career and marriage, menopause was striking, my children were grown and no longer needed me, and I was in chronic pain. Life seemed to take a turn for the worse and I didn’t know when or how I arrived in this miserable place. I found myself looking for answers and I stumbled across QHHT- Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. QHHT is a form of hypnosis where you get in touch with your higher self, and it profoundly changed my life. I discovered the root of my chronic pain and to this day I am still pain free! I was suddenly seeing the beauty in life all around me and the synchronicities were intense. I gave myself strategies to help guide me through life’s challenges. I was suddenly on a healing journey, and I was called to share my story. I found myself posting on TikTok because I knew, deep down, sharing my story was another way I could help change the world. I learned that when I share my story and be my authentic self my world opens up and it allows me to connect with like-minded people.

During my session, Dolores Cannon came through (the creator of this hypnosis) and I was guided to become a practitioner myself. The very next day I signed up for the training and became passionately involved with the practice. My session was 12/2/22 and I opened my own office 5/1/23. When you are on the right path it is amazing how quickly things fall into place.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I worked in healthcare for 25 years, in many ways, I have been preparing for this my entire life.  All I ever wanted to do was make a difference.    I am grateful to help people learn to get in touch with their intuition and learn to trust that inner voice.  Watching the transformations take place is very fulfilling.

I am also excited to offer group Past Life Regressions and Soul Speak sessions via zoom.  This gives people a little taste of what a QHHT session might be like.  You are guided on a journey into your subconscious mind, it’s always fascinating where it chooses to take you and how it directly applies to your current life.

Being a QHHT Practitioner is by far the most soul aligned job I have ever had. I am very grateful to be able to help people get in touch with their intuition and answer any lifelong questions they have. Watching people heal from the inside out is beautiful and inspiring.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Ever since I was a little girl, I always believed everything happens for a reason and I always asked myself What am I learning from this? This outlook on life allowed me to look inward to find the answers. I got lost for a little while, I started asking Why Me? instead of What am I learning? and once I remembered this, I overflowed with gratitude for all my life experiences. For most of my life I have been able to see the beauty in all things, I truly believe this is my superpower.

For those that are early on in their healing journey, meditation is a great place to start. Most of the answers we seek are discovered in silence. Love and light are all around us. When we shift toward positive energy the negative energy automatically fades away. I used to think taking time to heal myself was selfish, now I know, healing yourself is how you can make the greatest impact on the world around you. When you fill your cup, you will have more of yourself to give. Never underestimate the ripple effect. One person can make a difference, it all starts with you.

Tell us what your ideal client would be like?

My ideal client is someone who truly wants to grow, someone who is willing to do the work. Looking within and being honest with yourself is not easy but when you take the time to heal yourself not only do you feel better but the world around you begins to change.
