Mr. Hector Padilla is the Founder & President of HP Capital Investments, Inc, a Real Estate Acquisition & Investment Firm. The Padilla family has been in the real estate industry for almost 50 years.
Mr. Padilla is a true “American Success Story”. He went from Paperboy, to Police Officer, to Realtor, to Broker Owner, to Flipper and to purchasing over $100,000,000 in Real Estate assets. He is now living his dream lifestyle with his wife Patty, his daughter Bella, his parents and core family.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
So if I can go back 24 years to when I started my real estate journey and dissect what helped me succeed so fast it would be NO. 1 KMS – Know my shi*. Which means know the business so I can speak intelligently. No2 is becoming a persuasive communicator. Which is the golden key to riches. and No3. knowing how to connect with people. The deadly mistake that new entrepreneurs make is that they can contact a prospect but they don’t know how to connect with a client. a critical point is that a client will forget 90 percent of ehat you say but they will not forget how you made them feel. Make them feel special.
What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Any advice or strategies?
Pray and ask for forgiveness lol. Step away to decompress, go for a therapeutic walk or workout. Then write the seed of the problem on paper. Think: what is the worst case scenario, what is the best case scenario, Realistically what is going to happen and then take massive skilled action with calibrated adjustments ts.
