Hi Helen , you’ve got such an interesting story, but before we jump into that, let’s first talk about a topic near and dear to us – generosity. We think success, happiness and wellbeing depends on authentic generosity and empathy and so we’d love to hear about how you become such a generous person – where do you think your generosity comes from?

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I’m currently working as a full-time content creator and social media influencer. I post lifestyle, travel, fashion, and food content, as well as moments that make me happy. I typically post either on my social media @helenmaiyu or blog: helenmaiyu.com.
In addition to this, I’ve been working on @cozymaiyu, my personal brand that focuses on tufted rugs and art.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Reflecting on this, I think the three qualities most impactful on my journey is patience, consistency, and reassurance. It can be difficult to maintain consistency and positivity if things aren’t necessarily coming out the way that you want them to, but these qualities have been helpful for me to keep showing up.

Right now, my coach, Umi.
She’s been an amazing guidance in my life, and I’ve learned so much from her already. I’m making progress that I feared I could never make, and I truly believe it’s all due to her.
