Meet Holly Holland

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Holly Holland a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Holly, thrilled to have you on the platform as I think our readers can really benefit from your insights and experiences. In particular, we’d love to hear about how you think about burnout, avoiding or overcoming burnout, etc.

I try to schedule my work and pace myself throughout the day. I try not to take on more than I know I can handle.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am the CEO of Holland Financial. I help individuals with tax preparation and I manage a team of tax preparers. I am focused on the growth of my business and helping individuals become financially secure.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Three skills and qualities that have been impactful in my journey are my willingness to learn, faith, and being an action taker. I would advice others to step out on faith and take a risk on yourself, be willing to learn from those who have done what you’re trying to do, and take action on what you’ve learned.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?

My Mother has been very impactful in my life and business. The most impactful thing she has done for me is believe in me and supporting my goals however she can.
