Hi Ineka A. Bell, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
My Grandfather, Louis Bell. Growing up my Grandfather instilled in me that I must work and be on time in order to accomplish the things that I want in life. I watched my grandfather work till the age of 85 and that has an impact on my work ethic. He took care of me and my family by working. He taught me to NEVER half step and to give my all in whatever I do. And that’s what I do with my creations. I give it my all and try my hardest to have my clients orders done on time.

AmaznCreationZ was created in June of 2020. We specialize in creating luxury treats for any occasion/ event, gifting experience or simply just for you to partake on.
Our main focus is to deliver an experience to our clients that’s unforgettable, professional, and timely. We always want our clients to know that they are priority and that they can trust in us to bring any vision to light.
Currently, I’m working on the backend to bring a vision to light that I see for AmaznCreationZ. It’s HUGE, It’s definitely something that I would like to keep tucked until it’s finalized. I have a thing, I like to pray and finalize before I announce anything. It helps me keep the negativity away from something that’s sacred to me. If that makes sense. But till then I’m working on weekly menus and AMAZN bundle packages for sweet table set ups. The menu will feature weekly specials such as $30 Gourmet Berries, which are currently $55 per dozen right now. The bundle packages will include multiple luxury treats at a great rate. You will also have an option for me to come setup your treats, so that they can be displayed in a luxury way. While saving you time on setting up your event. Another upcoming option that’s on the way is FREE Luxury Table Consults with me personally. You tell me your budget, vision, and we create a plan to bring your vision to life. I’m extremely excited to start the FREE consultations option. This will be my way to interact and personally build a relationship with my clients in person. Other than them ordering, picking up, and saying a quick hi and bye! Lol. We will communicate from beginning to end ! My main focus is to build my clientele and to give an AMAZN experience.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
#1 Respect your clients #2 Trust yourself
#3 Always do GREAT work
Respect the fact that your client chose you for the job out of the million people out here in the world. It was something that they seen that made them pick you so always treat them with respect and give them your absolutely best!
Always TRUST in yourself to complete the task. As long as you trust in yourself the task will most likely be completed in a way that you didn’t imagine!
ALWAYS do great work, your work is what caught the attention of your client so NEVER give them anything less!

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?
I believe it’s best to always find a coping mechanism for any uneasy feeling in life not only in business but in everyday life.
Take time out and think of something that brings you peace cause days can definitely get crazy and you don’t won’t to go crazy with it… lol
When I feel overwhelmed, I take a break and PRAY! It helps me think about the process and how to overcome the feeling of feeling overwhelmed. I always ask God to guide me through my task and it always works out for me.
