We were lucky to catch up with Infinity Brooks recently and have shared our conversation below.
Infinity, thank you so much for taking the time to share your lessons learned with us and we’re sure your wisdom will help many. So, one question that comes up often and that we’re hoping you can shed some light on is keeping creativity alive over long stretches – how do you keep your creativity alive?
Honestly, I think creativity is like a muscle, you have to keep using it to make it stronger. I keep my creativity alive by always surrounding myself with inspiration — whether it’s exploring new venues, scrolling through Pinterest or just people-watching at a café. I can honestly find inspiration anywhere. I once hosted a styled shoot and the entire concept — from the color palette to the design — came to me just from seeing a high heel shoe. I love collaborating with other creatives too because there’s something so special about bouncing ideas off each other and watching them come to life. And when I feel a little burnt out, I take a step back, go outside, spend time with my family and friends, or just dance around my living room. That always brings me back to my creative flow and reminds me why I love what I do.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’m Infinity, the owner and creative heart behind Infinite Designs. I specialize in wedding and event planning, as well as hosting luxury styled shoots and content retreats for photographers and creatives. What started as a love for bringing people together and making things beautiful has turned into something so much bigger — a brand that celebrates connection, creativity, and unforgettable experiences.
What I love most about what I do is the storytelling aspect. Whether I’m designing a wedding or creating a styled shoot, I get to bring someone’s vision to life in a way that feels authentic and full of emotion. Every detail, from the color palette to the placement of a single flower, has meaning. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing people’s faces light up when they walk into a space I’ve helped create.
Something that makes Infinite Designs really special is the sense of community we’ve built. I don’t just plan events — I create experiences that inspire others to dream bigger and connect deeper. I’m all about collaboration and giving other vendors, photographers, and creatives a space to grow their craft and their business.
Right now, I’m super excited about our upcoming Infinite Designs Wedding Expo on November 9, 2025, in Long Beach, California at Social Space for Events. This will be our second Expo, and after how incredible the first one was, I can’t wait to do it again! We had the best of the best vendors and created a space where real couples walked away with their dream team. This year, we’re taking it up another level — more inspiration, more connection, and even more magic.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back, I’d say the three most important things that helped shape my journey are creativity, communication, and adaptability.
Creativity has always been at the core of everything I do. It’s what allows me to see potential where others might not; whether that’s transforming a blank space into a dream wedding or turning a simple idea into a full-blown styled shoot. My advice for developing creativity is to stay curious. Don’t limit yourself to just your field; pull inspiration from fashion, travel, art, nature, or even a random high heel shoe like I once did for an entire shoot theme.
Communication is huge in this industry. You’re constantly collaborating with clients, vendors, and teams, and being able to clearly share your vision (while also listening to theirs) makes all the difference. The best way to improve that skill is to practice empathy and patience. Don’t just hear people, really listen to what they need and what they’re trying to express.
And lastly, adaptability. Things rarely go exactly as planned, especially in the world of events and weddings. Being able to stay calm, think on your feet, and find creative solutions in the moment is key. My advice? Don’t be afraid of change or challenges; they’re opportunities to grow and show just how capable you really are.

How would you describe your ideal client?
My ideal client is someone who truly values the experience just as much as the end result. They trust the process, love creativity, and are excited to collaborate to bring their vision to life. Whether it’s a couple planning their dream wedding or a creative joining one of my styled shoots, I love working with people who are open-minded, detail-oriented, and not afraid to think outside the box.
The best clients are the ones who say, “I trust you — do your thing.” That’s when the magic really happens. They understand that creating something beautiful takes time, communication, and teamwork. My ideal clients appreciate intentional design and the small details that tell a story, they’re the kind of people who get excited over the way the light hits the florals or how the color palette ties everything together.
I also love clients who bring their personality into the mix. Whether it’s a couple who wants to infuse their culture into their wedding day, or a creative who’s ready to push the limits of a concept, I thrive when I get to help people express who they are through design and experience.
At the end of the day, my favorite clients are kind, passionate, and full of joy. They’re the ones who make this work so fulfilling because it’s not just about planning an event it’s; about creating lasting memories and building genuine connections along the way.
