Meet Isaac Fletcher

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Isaac Fletcher. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Isaac, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

As long as I can remember I always had a great deal of confidence and I know it came from my relationship with Christ. I always knew God gave me a lot of talents so I just leaned into that. If I wasn’t meant to do somethings, God wouldn’t have given me the desire nor the skills to do it. I never said the word “can’t” growing up and people know that about me. when I was playing football, I knew I wanted to be the best on my teams so there was no other choice. People can also feel the good energy that I emit. I take pride and trying to make everyone smile. It really helps that I am charismatic. People are drawn to good people.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I grew up in Chicago, IL where my love for music and acting developed. From singing and playing drums at church to playing in the many bands at school and acting troops, performance was my life. In college I started my own drumline (ConKwest) and performed on the campus of Southern Illinois University where I got my Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and music. Upon graduating I got into content creation where I developed a game show “One Shot Game Show” where I traveled around and asked contestants to perform challenges. At the end of 2019 I moved to California to pursue my career in entertainment as a musician and actor. Its definitely has not been an easy journey at all but it all adds to the story. I have added more notches to my entertainer belt. I wrote my first screen play. I started doing stand up, which is a complete different beast in itself, started producing more content. As I have grown as an artist over the last few years, I have found that I enjoy producing music as well as writing scripts and voice acting. What’s next on the horizon for me this year is getting my production studio and media company up and running, and also the re-launching of my game show. So keep an eye out for all the great thing I have in store for 2025.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Faith in God. He is the key, trust me. when stuff looks it’s worst, lean and trust on HIM

Patience! You definitely have to be patient in your journey. Nothing happens overnight and its ok to not know what’s goin to happen next. No matter what social media shows you, even the best people are clueless at times, so don’t panic. You time is your time, no one else’s Trust the process.

Practice, Practice, Practice! Reps are what you need. for Music and Acting. Always keep learning and practicing

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

People that want to share their experience and help others in the industry, and want to make great funny content. That is the entire purpose of my studio.
