Isaac M. , we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
My condolence and self-esteem comes from understanding who I am as a person. I never took on the role of self-doubt or insecurities when it came to self or my business ethics. I’ve always believed that I was where I was supposed to be in life. God has my plan and I have been living it one day at a time. If I look back 8 years ago when I first moved to Atlanta, you couldn’t have told me my business would be successful and I would own a home. It’s the little things for me.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I am just a Philly guy with a huge dream just like anybody else LOL. But yes, we are all different and I have accepted this over my years of being in business. I am the owner of IM3Media, LLC.

IM3Media, LLC is a marketing and brand management firm that specializes in developing and elevating brands from the ground up. IM3Media serves professionals who want to unleash their full potential by creating a unique road map for their goals and needs to ultimately reach a plan for success. We take an in-depth look into the world of the brands that we serve to make certain that they are presented in the best way to their target audience before we begin to execute and deliver outstanding results.

I have been working in this industry for 23 years to date. I know I look 25 years old lol. I can’t explain it fully but I love what I do and how I make people, brands and businesses feel after I’ve worked with them. I currently work out of three markets which are Philadelphia, Atlanta and Nashville.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
My most three important qualities are not taking things to heart, staying focused on my goals and not other people and the last thing is to never change who you are. The biggest advice I can and will continue to give is “To Be You”. My personal mantra is “The Brand Is You” It starts with YOU. Whatever goals you set; you own them. Make them yours. There are a lot of brands we used today that the person who created it didn’t think would see the light of day. But it did because they believe in themselves.

Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
My ideal client is a client who wants to listen and learn. They hire my company for a reason. So I expect them to trust my process to get them to their goals. I’ve dealt with them all and I am still standing. Every client is different but if you set your boundaries and know what you would and wouldn’t take when working with a client you will be ok. Trust your gut.
