Meet Isabel Ponticello

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Isabel Ponticello. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Isabel, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

I developed my confidence and self-esteem by treating myself with kindness and avoiding harsh self-criticism. Recognizing that everyone makes mistakes and use them as learning experiences. Also, I love developing new skills than can increase my self-confidence by taking on unfamiliar challenges as learning opportunities rather than threats. I believe these practices can help you stay grounded in the present moment and build inner peace, contributing to greater self-confidence.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

As an event planner we emphasize mainly on Luxury Picnic Services, Marriage Proposals, Elopements, Micro-Wedding and High End Tablescape.
One of the most exciting and special aspects of the role as event planner is the opportunity to be creative and innovative. Each event presents a unique opportunity to bring vision to life, whether it’s through theme decorations, selecting the right venue & outdoor space, or crafting an unforgettable guest experience.
We love our client having a luxury experience that will be remembered for a lifetime.
In the world of event planning our brand is elegance and exclusivity which are paramount qualities that distinguish ordinary gatherings from extraordinary experiences. Organizing an event that embodies these traits requires a keen understanding of aesthetics, an eye for detail, and a commitment to creating memorable moments that resonates with an audience.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

As a I look back in my journey as an event planner. I can confidently say that the three qualities that were most impactful for our business was understanding the client vision, curating a unique experience and attention to detail. My advice to the new folks in this business is to focused on the qualities mentioned above. I strongly believe those areas of knowledge can set you apart from others and make a great impact on the client and as a business. Also, and very important not comparing yourself with others, remember you are your only competitor.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?

I can proudly say that my husband and my mother has been the most helpful throughout this journey.
Their tenderness and positive energy has been the most important aspect to overcome any obstacles. Anytime that I had doubt or thought I was not going to make a great impact. They were there right front center to make me see things that I was overlooking. To let me know how I started and how far I have come in this business. Not to mentioned that they have been in multiple of my events, helping me out setting up and paying close attention to any detail that we are missing. It’s always a great moment when they are with me during any event. “Good to have another set of eyes and encourager around you”.
