Issielle, so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?

My optimism comes from nature really. It inspires me that anything is possible.
Things can never be said twice if that makes sense. We are all unique. How we express ourselves is different.
I take that and apply that to my creativity.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I am a musician. I write songs and I perform them online.
I been doing this for years now and I love it! I been writing original songs and jingles and made 2 albums so far.
I love the possibilities with sound and performing them! It’s my happy place!

I am currently writing a new album and I have it slated for November of this year!
I am excited and I can’t wait for everyone to hear it!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Consistency, dedication, creativity are the areas that helped me with my journey.

I pick up the guitar and write things down and change things I didn’t like. Their are times where I wasn’t in the mood but stayed focused on nailing it. At times, I had to put the guitar down and come back but I didn’t give up.
Which now leads to dedication, I love guitar and played it until I had something I liked and wrote it down. Creative wise, I would add color with adding pedals and weird sounds to my songs to make it creepy or add reversed voices. I loves messing with sound and having these tools are awesome!

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

Yes!

I’d love to have a drummer really and a bass player!
People who are non-judgmental and open and add color to what I do.
I want to be around people who love all genres of music!
