Ivelisse , thanks for taking the time to share your lessons with our community today. So, let’s jump right in – one of the most essential skills for unlocking our potential is self-discipline. Where does your self-discipline come from?

Self-discipline is commitment. Knowing that being constant will lead you to achieve new goals. That being focused on achieving your goals is the way to obtain progress in any scenario you encounter. Self-discipline is believing in your project and in the power you have to make it true.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

My company by this date is more than 25 years old. It seems incredible, but I managed to establish myself with responsibility, dedication and a great love for what I do.
One of the main activities that my company has developed throughout its entire trajectory has been artistic training, modeling, acting, and animation.
My specialty has always been the training of girls and teenagers., now I’m more focused on the area of representation for the Latin America Market of Latino Talent, and the Usa Lati Market
What distinguishes me from other Talent Agency? My global vision. A talent must be prepared as a comprehensive talent. Even more so these days .They must learn everything within their reach without limitations. Is not only the preparation of professional models, or just a simple acting studies. Growing up with this information is, in my opinion, of the most importance to achieve educated and healthy societies.

My goal is to expand my agency and my personal skills and knowledge.. Now, I have a more global, more international concept, Old my services are digital, and I’m using www.mundocasting.tv, and my social media to promote immense Latin talent , prepared, trained and very talented..
Here in the United States, After so many years, I have also begun to develop my own professional skills that cover many areas of life, Vo, Commercials, content creator and Audiobook.. Soylatina tv is my news channel on you tube and social media
This make me very happy. Is good to said old my projects are exclusively On line. Others projects that are on my wish list are Be an Artist, Mundo Kids Life, Designers and Models TV News, Guia de la moda for kids, teens and Mens
Another area that I am passionate about is the production of fashion events. I have created and conceptualized many of them, some larger than others, but I have received wonderful learning from all of them.
Working with fashion designers has been a wonderful experience. I have provided them with the platform so that they could present their collections and inspiration, and in return the girls could make true their dream of modeling on a runway. It has been a sensation that connects me with the service and then see so many people happy. Being able to create the concept that would be handled in each of the runways has been undoubtedly part of the creativity that I carry in me. My connection with fashion is fascinating.

My brand would like to be recognized as one of the main talent agency for Latino Talent, support and valuable knowledge to enrich their lives with a better future and great personal and artistic values.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Key Qualities: Industry intuition, talent identification, cultural understanding, adaptability Essential Skills: Casting expertise, international networking, business development, digital marketing Core Knowledge: Entertainment operations, Latin American markets, talent representation, social media strategy .Personal Skills; Acting, voice over, content creator, .

My advice:• Get proper training and professional materials first • Build genuine relationships, not just transactional ones
• Learn the business side – contracts, industry standards • Be patient but persistent – this takes years • Stay professional always – reputation is everything • Adapt to digital marketing and social media • Never stop improving your craft The biggest mistake is expecting shortcuts. Success requires consistent effort over time.

What is the number one obstacle or challenge you are currently facing and what are you doing to try to resolve or overcome this challenge?

My big challenge right now is to achieve business growth through my talent agency .
