Meet Jackie Sanders

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Jackie Sanders. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Jackie below.

Jackie , looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

As a child growing up, along with my 3 siblings, we were required to help around the house. Weekly chores, ranging from mowing and edging the lawn to cleaning toilets and bathtubs, were just part of being a contributing person in our home. The job was expected to be done, and done well. No corners cut. This was simply a part of my youth. To this day, working hard and doing the job to exceptional standards has driven me in my personal life and has been the biggest part of a successful small business. Running a small business is not easy and requires hard work. Something that I would not be capable of, had I not had opportunities and a childhood as I had.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

While running a small business, I’ve chosen to focus on quality. I have treated every customer, realtor, homeowner, and transaction as if it were my first. As soon as you become callous and complacent in your work, the quality starts to slip. I have had a lot of joy with the interactions over the years, treating the clientele and people I interact with like they are the one and only.
This approach has allowed me to establish long-lasting professional relations that have kept our doors open for all these years.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Hard work. Nothing will come of a wish and a dream. There has to be effort, time, and energy behind any worthwhile endeavor.

Patience. Putting in the time with each client, or job, or transaction, but recognizing that there is also a human behind what you see, what you walk into. Be patient with them, and the process and those involved.

and grace. Grace in the journey of your client, and where they may be in this point of their life. AND, grace for yourself. Grace for how far you’ve come, willingness to recognize your shortcomings, and being willing to embrace and improve on those.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

I work with Realestate Agents.
I represent Brokerages as their lead stager, as well as private agents.

I love any connection and opportunity to connect on a personal level with any agent who might be looking to work on improving their listings by incorporating and offering staging.

An email, text, or phone call is a great way to reach me!
