Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jacobie Williams . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Jacobie , so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

Rekindle my relationship with God when I really figured out what I wanted and needed to do. Growing up with a single mother with 7 kids watching her working 2 and 3 jobs to provide for us in a bad environment. And last my son of course, grownup with a father figure drove me to be a good father

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Im Jacobie Williams born in Germany but raised In Birmingham Alabama. The middle child of 7 grew up on the west side of Birmingham in Ensley in a family oriented but also violent and brutal neighborhood known as the “Brickyard. Graduate from Hayes High School continued my education in Mendocino Junior College and Maine Fort Kent University where I played basketball at both. In my journey I discovered that my life truly belonged to God and I was going to let him use me to bring more people to his kingdom. I especially the youth. So I decided to start a nonprofit. Everybodywens. Which means West. East. North. South. Working To Enchance Neighborhood Success. And when we come together everybody wins. I grew up that young boy looking for guidance, acceptance, and stability. I want that not only for myself, but for my family and friends also. I learned that when you combine these values- honor God in everything we do, build relationships based on trust and respect. Maintain integrity and excellence through programs and services and practice responsible stewardship Everybody Wens. I’m the owner of a new in upcoming business a daiquiri bar with serving tapas plates call The Chill Spot, we’re not just another bar- we’re a dynamic hub of creativity, community, and culinary innovation nestled in the heart of Birmingham’s vibrant landscape. Born from a passion for bringing people together over exceptional drinks and delectable dishes, the Chill Spot is more than just a place to unwind it’s a destination where unforgettable moments are crafted and cherished.
