Meet Jacquelyne Cassella

We recently connected with Jacquelyne Cassella and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Jacquelyne, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love it if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
As a child, my parents instilled in me that in order to be successful, being diligent, disciplined with honor and integrity is the key. This is the foundation in which one will need to build character, the strength to persevere and to become resilient. It’s one’s efforts that will determine their success and gain confidence in their natural skills, talents and abilities to live your passion and fulfill your purpose.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I am a former Semi Professional Opera Singer and a Serial Entrepreneur since the age of twelve. I began learning business alongside my Father in our Family’s Music Store. By the age of sixteen, I became an Independent Contractor and started giving beginner piano and voice lessons. I have created all of my businesses with absolutely no funds, only enough to purchase business cards. In 2014, after a traumatic divorce I had the opportunity to be reborn from the ashes like a Phoenix and became a domestic violence survivor. The next year I was given an opportunity to start a second career as an Insurance Producer in which I climbed the ladder of success.

Before the COVID, I was offered the opportunity to create my own agency with no liquidity required which is a rare opportunity to be given in the Insurance industry. In 2020, due to the circumstances of the pandemic, my agency went virtual via Zoom like the rest of the world which made my first year of business more difficult to start up than anticipated. During that stressful event, I was diagnosed with skin cancer which changed the course of my life forever and my future plans. I decided to branch out into Real Estate by fixing and flipping my newly purchased home to relocate to Florida to get into the Vacation Rental Industry. During my transition period, I established two businesses: a full service property management company for vacation rentals Elevate Stellar Reality LLC and my insurance agency Cassella Insurance Solutions LLC in my new state.

I am currently working on several projects in order to better both industries. I am writing an eBook which will become a program for potential Investors to learn the expectations for the vacation rental industry in order to have a successful business venture. I have also written a petition to the state to expand Insurance options in Florida in order to lower the astronomical rates. I am in the process of forming an expert panel of Female Entrepreneurs in a variety of industries like Business, Real Estate and Insurance to educate, empower and elevate the community with weekly workshops offered via online and in person out of St Petersburg, FL.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Time Management, Adaptability, and Problem Solving. All three skills are required in order to be a Self Employed Business Owner and Entrepreneur because on a daily basis nothing is the same or predictable. One must learn to be flexible and creative because every situation will challenge you to become a better version of self.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I have included all my contact information below for the reader’s convenience for both of my businesses websites and social media. I am hoping to partner with potential Investors, Property Owners, Realtors, Property Management Companies who want to create safe and secure investing options in both Real Estate and Insurance for a future passive income, funds for retirement as well as generational wealth for loved ones and family.
