Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jada Cacchilli. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Jada, so great to have you with us and thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with the community. So, let’s jump into something that stops so many people from going after their dreams – haters, nay-sayers, etc. We’d love to hear about how you dealt with that and persisted on your path.
Honestly, “haters” and those that doubt me are truly what inspires me to go harder. Their negativity pushes me to work diligently to prove them wrong. Instead of letting their words get to me, I use it as motivation to grow and improve.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
My name is Jada Cacchilli, but some of my close friends call me Cat. My journey has been quite an adventure, transitioning from the vibrant nightlife of New York City as a bartender and bottle service girl to making my mark on reality TV with Bad Girls Club seasons 12 and 13. After the show, I followed my passion for music, releasing singles like “Girls Around the World” and “Breakdown,” which achieved recognition on the Billboard Top 100 Independent Artist chart for four consecutive months.
Education is a significant part of my story, too. I earned an Associate’s degree in Computer Science from Nassau Community College, which opened doors for me to work independently with various companies. This diverse experience eventually led me to a new chapter in my life: co-owning a cannabis dispensary in New York with my fiancé and the father of my son, whom we consider our miracle baby. After giving up hope of having a child, I was blessed with a pregnancy at 35, which has been the most incredible experience.
While I am deeply committed to our cannabis business, my passion for television remains strong. I’m thrilled to announce my plans to produce a new reality TV show, set to film in the summer of 2026 in South Florida. The concept brings together some of reality TV’s most beloved personalities for a fast-paced, competitive experience. In a landscape crowded with new reality shows, I aim to revive the excitement and drama that fans adored in classics like Bad Girls Club, Jersey Shore, and Real World.
Being a mother is my most cherished role, but I’m equally driven as a businesswoman. I look forward to sharing this new venture with all of you and bringing back the magic of reality TV that so many of us love. Stay tuned for more updates, and thank you for being part of my journey!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Reflecting on my journey, three qualities have been particularly impactful: resilience, adaptability, and self-reliance. Growing up in a challenging environment, I had to develop resilience early on. Life threw me many curveballs, and I learned to bounce back from setbacks, using each experience as a stepping stone rather than a stumbling block.
Adaptability has also been crucial. Whether it was transitioning from a tumultuous upbringing to the nightlife scene, or shifting from reality TV to the music industry, and eventually to entrepreneurship in the cannabis sector, being open to change and ready to seize new opportunities has allowed me to keep moving forward.
Lastly, self-reliance has played a significant role in my journey. Growing up without much guidance, I learned to trust my instincts and make decisions independently. This self-sufficiency has been empowering, enabling me to carve my own path and pursue my passions with confidence.
For those early in their journey, my advice would be to cultivate these qualities. Build resilience by viewing challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. Embrace adaptability by staying open to new experiences and being willing to pivot when necessary. Develop self-reliance by trusting yourself and taking proactive steps toward your goals.
Remember, it’s okay to seek support and mentors along the way, even if you didn’t have much of it growing up. Surround yourself with people who uplift and inspire you. While I still yearn for a motherly figure in my life, I’ve learned to create a supportive network that fills that gap in different ways. Your journey is unique, and by fostering these qualities, you’ll be better equipped to navigate whatever comes your way.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
Yes! I’m definitely looking for professionals to partner and collaborate with. Specifically, I’m seeking individuals with experience in film and editing, particularly those who have worked in the reality TV sector. Their expertise will be invaluable as we bring this new reality TV series to life.
Additionally, I’m interested in collaborating with brands that are looking for exposure and want to be part of something exciting. I’m open to partnerships with fitness, clothing, hair and makeup, tech brands, and more. If you’re passionate about your brand and are excited about the world of reality TV, I would love to connect with you.
If you’re interested in collaborating, please reach out to me. You can connect with me through my social media channels or email. Let’s create something amazing together!
