Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jaimee Campanella. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Jaimee, thank you for joining us today and sharing your experiences and acquired wisdom with us. Burnout is a huge topic these days and so we’d love to kick things off by discussing your thoughts on overcoming or avoiding burnout
For me, burnout wasn’t just a theoretical concept — I lived it. Early in my career, I hit a wall. I remember one night vividly: I was at my kitchen table, laptop open, emails still coming in, my kids asleep upstairs, and I felt completely drained. I was “doing it all,” but none of it felt sustainable. I was reactive, stretched too thin, and constantly chasing time instead of being in charge of it.
That was the turning point. I realized that if I didn’t create a different relationship with time, I would continue to burn out and miss the very life I wanted to be present for — both as a mom and as a professional. From there, I began experimenting with practical tools: time blocking, setting non-negotiable boundaries, building recovery time into my days, and creating a calendar that reflected my real priorities instead of everyone else’s demands.
What surprised me most was that the more I simplified and aligned my time, the more energy and focus I had. That personal experience not only helped me overcome burnout but also shaped the foundation of what I now teach through my Time Power Method. Burnout isn’t only about working too many hours — it’s about working out of sync with your values. When you design your time around what matters most, you don’t just avoid burnout, you actually create more clarity, productivity, and fulfillment in your life.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’m a Time Strategist and Productivity Consultant, and the heart of my work is helping people reclaim control of their time so they can live with more clarity, energy, and purpose. My journey into this work grew out of my own experience as a working mom who felt stretched too thin, constantly reacting, and never quite able to catch up. I knew there had to be a better way, and when I began reshaping my relationship with time, everything changed — both at home and in my business.
That transformation became the foundation of the Time Power Method™, a framework I now teach to individuals, professionals, and organizations who are ready to move from chaos to calm. What excites me most about this work is that it’s not just about managing a to-do list — it’s about fundamentally changing the way we relate to time so we can create lives and businesses that are aligned with what matters most. I get to witness people light up when they realize they can actually design their days in a way that supports their well-being, productivity, and goals. That’s the most rewarding part of what I do.
Alongside my coaching and workshops, I’ve also created resources to make time strategy accessible to everyone. One is the Time Power™ Family Calendar, a jumbo-sized dry-erase calendar that helps families stay organized and connected, keeping schedules visible and stress down. Another is my self-guided online course, Treasure Your Time, which walks people through powerful mindset shifts and practical tools to transform how they use and value their time. These resources are designed to give people a starting point they can implement right away.
Right now, I’m focused on expanding my reach — not only through my one-on-one work and speaking engagements, but also through partnerships with organizations that want to bring these tools to their employees and communities. Whether it’s through a masterclass, my course, or a simple calendar on the wall, my mission is the same: to help people stop feeling like time is slipping away from them, and instead feel grounded, present, and in control of their days.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, three qualities have been the most impactful in my journey as a Time Strategist and business owner:
1. Self-Awareness and Boundaries
Early in my career, I realized that success isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what matters most. Developing self-awareness around my patterns and limits allowed me to recognize when I was overcommitting or saying yes out of guilt rather than alignment. Learning to set clear boundaries—both with others and with myself—has been transformative. My advice: begin by noticing your energy leaks. Where do you consistently overextend yourself? Start small by protecting one piece of your time, like an evening with family, and build from there.
2. Systems Thinking and Structure
I’ve always had an eye for structure. But it wasn’t until I applied systems thinking to both my business and personal life that everything began to flow. Creating calendars, workflows, and repeatable processes freed me from constant decision fatigue and gave me clarity. For anyone starting out, don’t wait for the “perfect” system—start with something simple, like blocking time for your top priorities each week. Iteration will teach you what works best.
3. Adaptability and Resilience
The ability to adapt when things don’t go according to plan has been essential. Whether it’s a client crisis, a family emergency, or just a week where nothing goes as scheduled, resilience is what allows me to return to balance. I don’t see setbacks as failures anymore—I see them as feedback. For those at the beginning of their journey, know that flexibility is a superpower. Allow yourself to shift, to pivot, and to learn without judgment.
Together, these three qualities—awareness, structure, and resilience—have not only shaped my professional journey but also formed the foundation of the Time Power™ method I teach today.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
Absolutely—I deeply value collaboration, especially when it creates win-win opportunities to support more women in reclaiming their time and energy.
On one side, I’m always open to connecting with moms who run businesses and are struggling to manage their time. These women are often carrying the weight of family life while also building something meaningful in the world, and my work is designed to help them create sustainable systems so they can thrive without burning out. If that sounds like you—or someone you know—I’d love to connect and explore how my Time Power™ framework could support your journey.
On the other side, I’m also looking to partner with organizations that run personal and professional development programming, whether for employees, membership communities, or women’s leadership groups. I specialize in delivering virtual keynotes, masterclasses, and workshops that are both practical and inspiring. I’ve seen firsthand how equipping women with time management tools doesn’t just help them personally—it has a ripple effect on their families, their work teams, and their communities.
In general, my heart is with women in business—whether as individual clients or through partnerships with organizations that want to invest in their growth.
The best way to connect is through my website www.jaimeecampanella.com
or directly via LinkedIn. I’m always open to a conversation about how we can collaborate to help women reclaim their time and step into more freedom, balance, and purpose.
