: Hi Jamaal, so excited to have you with us today and we are really interested in hearing your thoughts about how folks can develop their empathy? In our experience, most folks want to be empathic towards others, but in a world where we are often only surrounded by people who are very similar to us, it can sometimes be a challenge to develop empathy for others who might not be as similar to us. Any thoughts or advice?
The condition that allowed me to develop empathy is when I realized that in certain situations a circumstances, Some individuals don’t see beyond the normal scope and will never comprehend no matter how much you teach them and for that very purpose, Did helped me to develop my empathy.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Three most important qualities that had the most impact on my journey thus far, The importance of ownership, Protection of a brand, And the ability to read, write and understand. Furthermore individuals who seek such same path, I highly recommend patience and understanding is this worth it before attempting to quit.
Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
