Director of Strategy for Media Hub ~| Co-Owner & Managing Partner of See Me Rolling ~ Environmental Advocate

As the Director of Strategy at Media Hub, I have had the privilege of shaping impactful media strategies for a diverse range of clients, helping them amplify their brand and engage their audiences. My husband and I founded the agency 12 years ago, and together, we’ve built a dynamic husband-and-wife team—what I like to call our “power duo.” Our agency continues to thrive through a combination of creative thinking, data-driven strategies, and a strong commitment to our clients’ success.

In addition to my role at Media Hub, I am co-owner and managing partner of See Me Rolling, a mobile billboard company that helps brands advertise in a unique and impactful way using LED trucks. Through this venture, we offer innovative advertising solutions that bring brands directly to their audiences in an eye-catching, mobile format.

I am passionate about giving back to the community, and I actively contribute my time and expertise to local organizations. As a board member of the American Marketing Association of Central PA, I co-chair the membership committee, fostering collaboration and growth within the marketing community. I also serve on multiple networking groups throughout the York, Lancaster, and Harrisburg areas, helping to connect professionals and strengthen regional business ecosystems.

When I’m not focused on strategy or business development, I’m at home with my husband and our four amazing children: Michael (15) and the triplets—Tommy, Nicky, and Gia (13). Being a bonus mom is a rewarding and integral part of my life.

I am deeply committed to environmental causes, and I am proud to support The Vranich Family Environmental Fund through the York County Community Foundation, which funds tree planting and water conservation efforts in our region. In partnership with my husband and company, we aim to plant 2,500 trees to offset our company’s carbon emissions, with a goal of creating a positive, long-lasting environmental impact.

I’m also a founding member of The Ripple Effect, a group dedicated to supporting environmental initiatives. Our inaugural fundraising event in March raised an impressive $32,000 for the Lower Susquehanna Riverkeeper, an organization working to clean and protect the mighty Susquehanna River. Our collective efforts ensure that the river remains a clean and safe resource for future generations.

In the past, I have served on boards such as the York Little League and York Suburban Education Foundation, where I worked to improve education and youth sports programs in our community.

Driven by a strong belief in making a meaningful difference, I am dedicated to supporting my family, my business, my community, and the planet. Whether it’s through strategic media work, environmental advocacy, or volunteer leadership, I’m always focused on creating a lasting, positive impact.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

It sounds like you’re describing three strong qualities that have really shaped who you are. Here’s a way you could articulate them in an interview setting, with a bit more structure, to help you sound confident and focused while staying true to your personal style:

1. Optimism and Positivity:
“I’ve always been the type of person who focuses on the good in people and situations. No matter the challenge, I have this inherent optimism that allows me to see opportunities where others might see obstacles. This positive mindset has not only helped me to stay motivated in tough times, but it’s also allowed me to inspire others around me, building trust and morale within teams.”

2. Empathy:
“I’ve developed a deep sense of empathy, which allows me to truly understand others’ perspectives. Whether it’s listening carefully to colleagues or supporting someone through personal or professional challenges, I always try to put myself in their shoes. This helps me build strong, genuine relationships and find collaborative solutions that benefit everyone involved.”

3. Determination and Confidence:
“I’m a ‘get-it-done’ type of person. When I commit to something, I give it my all and don’t back down until the job is done. Some people might call it being bullheaded, but I see it as persistence in the face of obstacles. I’m confident in my decisions and I stand by my beliefs—whether in a team discussion or when advocating for a project. I believe in pushing through, finding solutions, and delivering results.”

Is there a particular challenge you are currently facing?

This year has been one of the most difficult I’ve ever faced. I lost my first grandparent, my pappy, and it hit me harder than I expected. The memories I hold of him flooded back, and I felt a deep sadness, realizing how much time had passed, time I could have spent making more memories with him. Life just takes over, though. Between raising kids, being a wife, and running my businesses, I didn’t always make the time I should have. 56 days after my pappy passed away his wife, my step grandmother passed away very tragically.

Then, as if that wasn’t enough, I received devastating news about my biological dad. He was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer, and it had already spread to his brain and throughout his body. A month after that, my mom fell ill. After many tests and hospital visits, we learned that she, too, had kidney cancer—stage 3. She needed to have her kidney removed immediately.

The fact that neither of my parents has ever lived together, and yet both of them were diagnosed with the same cancer in the same year, feels almost impossible to grasp. It’s been a heavy, ongoing challenge, but I know I will get through it, one day at a time. Right now, I’m just cherishing every moment I have left with both of them, trying to make the most of the time we have.
